im 16, 10th grade. most say 10 or 11. FORGET about 9 hours of sleep. adults sleep 6 hours normally 11-5am id imagine. but i mean idk how much is enough besides 9 hours id have to go to bed at 9 so forget that. is 11pm good to hit the sack, btw i wake up at 6 to get ready for school.

Compromise; hit the Sack at 10. Yeah I KNOW you don't think you "need" 8 hours of sleep. But your BODY- probably DOES. And if you go to Class tomorrow & find yourself yawning your way through 1st Period- then your body knows BETTER- than YOU do! So take the "hint"- and get a good night's sleep. Your Grades will appreciate it. :)

I would go at around 10:30 possibly. But if you really are at one of those states where you have to much energy to sleep then maybe you could sty up till 11:00. But dont stay up then for no reason. just go to sleep when you get tired but dont go past 11:00.

I think you would feel the difference of getting 6 hours sleep a night. It eventually takes its toll. You actually need that sleep. You will feel much better and do better in your classes. But, you'll find out yourself if you don't do it.

If it works for you as far as doing good in school and life (not being moody and short with people) then go for it. I prefer more myself but my needs are not your needs.
