Dreams can be interpreted many ways, but most often your dreams reflect what your subconcious is focused on. Maybe she fears losing you. She lost you to death in her dream but that doesn't mean thats what she fears losing you to in real life. I don't know how good you're relationship is, but it is possible that she thinks you might cheat on her or maybe she worries because you have a dangerous job or something.
Don't worry, it doens't mean she wished you were dead or that she wants to kill you or anything.

Any more detail than just being dead?
Usually signifies disappointment.
Please look this up in a dream dictionary and see if it is applicable to your situation.

This usually means an end to something in ones life not death of the actual person. It can also mean birth to something else.

It doesn't necessarily mean a literal death, you could be entering a new phase of your life, or it could be about fears that she is having ....
