"The Immortal" Hulk Hogan/ "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair vs. "The Modern Day Warrior" Kerry Von Erich/Jerry "The King Lawler
This would pit who most people consider to be the Franchise Players in the wrestling industry, Hogan and Flair ... the two most successful "Commercial" champions in the business ... against two wrestlers who many consider to be the wrestlers who never quite got their due, Von Erich and Lawler.
Kerry Von Erich and Jerry "The King" Lawler would win the match at the 45 minute mark ...
Jerry Lawler has always been the true "Dirtiest Player In The Game" ... Ric Flair is the Dirtiest Player in the Game because he uses the ropes for a cheap pin. Flairs' wrestling arsenal is comprised of a low blow and eye gouges as the "cheap defense" to gain the advantage and obtain his offense when he's in trouble.
Jerry "the King" Lawler - Lawler carried a chain to wrap around his fist in his tights, to use when the ref wasn't looking. If he didn't have a chain, he had brass knuckles. Lawler ALWAYS has one or the other in EVERY match he wrestled on the Independent scene and in his stints in WCCW ... One thing Lawler was never afraid to do, was to throw a flame of fire in into his opponents' eyes, then pinning them. Lawler would use the ropes for leverage on a pin if he was conveniently near the ropes but it wasn't necessary. This is what makes Jerry Lawler the true "Dirtiest Player in the Game."
Hulk Hogan/Kerry Von Erich comparison - do I really need to go into details here ... Kerry would put more effort into a single Discus Punch than Hogan would the whole match. Kerry can also wrestle and carry a match and was a decent seller. Although Hogan had more charisma than Kerry, I give this one to the Modern Day Warrior.
Kerry and Jerry (sounds like an Ice Cream, doesn't it?) would win this match based on what was stated above. Sorry Hogan and Flair, this is one match you both cannot win.

It would have to be Bret Hart vs Sting in an Ultimate submission match. I think back in the day these were the two greatest wrestlers for there respective organizations. In the end I would want Bret to win. Good Question. What about you?

My dream match would be me vs. Randy Orton in a Hell in a Cell match (w/Batista as the guest referee--only because I know he would be fair).
It's about time Orton learned some respect, and if his dad is afraid to reach out and try to get him to change his evil ways, I want to step in and try to beat the sense into his head.
I would win because I would avoid his infamous punt to the head and give him a Sapphire Splitter (my version of a spinebuster), then let him have the pleasure of meeting my Poisoned Rose (inside cradle), because he wouldn't be able to get up after I'm done with him.
The Hell in a Cell match is my all time favorite kind of match because you're at the mercy of a steel cage. Plus, there is NOWHERE to go in a steel cage--you have to stay in until you crush your opponent.

The Rock vs.Shawn Michaels cause they are both great wrestlers and atlethes.
At the end of the match The Rock wins by pinning Shawn Michaels with a Rock Bottom.
It's my dream match cause in their prime both of those wrestlers could beat anyone and now it's the best of the best.

What is my "dream match"? Abyss vs. Judas Mesias vs. Raven vs. Vincent Kennedy McMahon in a Monster's Ball match
Why? You have a senile billionaire forced to defend himself against 3 of the most sadistic characters in wrestling today.
Who wins? I'll let you choose which of the 3 sadistic characters scores the pinfall over the senile billionaire. I'll just be happy that the brutality of this match will force said billionaire off camera for the rest of his life.
Why is it my dream match? I explained why earlier in this answer.
You're welcome.

My dream match would probably be, Shawn Michaels vs. Randy Orton. The reason is because Shawn needs to get back at him for what he did, he almost ended his career ! I would want Shawn Michaels to win, and this is my dream match because I really like Shawn, and he needs to get revenge ASAP !! I think that this actually will happen at Survivor Series when Shawn comes back. Hope that answered your question =)

The Dynamite Kid vs Chris Benoit vs Bryan Danielson. Three wrestlers of the best wrestlers of all time, the past, the present (at the time at which I thought of this match), and the future, with Benoit & Danielson influenced greatly by the others who came before them. Just an amazing triple threat with all three men in their prime, with Benoit, the best of the three, barely getting the hard-fought victory. It's my dream match because those three guys were some of my favorite wrestlers, with Benoit my former favorite & Danielson my current favorite, and all three are alike in the ring, as they influenced each other.
