When apply for a credit card and it asks you for proof of your gross annual income, what paper should I submit. Will a T4 slip be correct, or a year ending pay stub from 2006?

I've been employed at a roofing company in wisconsin for 2 months and my boss was getting behind on paying me my hourly wage so I quit. Right now he owes me around $700. When I called him to get my money today he told me he's not gonna pay me and to except it as a loss. When I threatned to turn him into a goverment agency he said he hasn't been paying taxes on anything i made and that there was know proof of me working for him.
He paid cash and I dont have any check stubs or any kind of proof that I was employed for him other than the employees that also worked for him. (all employees quit the same day i did).
Does anyone know who we can contact for help getting our money or atleast get him in trouble for not paying taxes?

I think it is major depression, but according to some surveys it is only moderate depresson.

Signs of major Depression.
Major Depression is diagnosed when an individual experiences at least 5 of the following symptoms.
1. Persistent depressed mood for most of the day.

2. Loss of interest or pleasure in all, or almost all activities.

3. Significant weight loss or gain due to appetite change.

4. Sleeping more or less than usual.

5. Speeding up or slowing down of physical and emotional reactions.

6. fatique or loss of energy.

7. Feelings of worthlessness or unfounded guilt.

8. Reduced abilty to concentrate or make meaningful decisions.

9. Recurrent thoughts of death or suicide.

Individual's 5 symptoms must be 1 of the first 2 symptoms on the list for diagnosis of major depression.

Should I beat up my ex-boss? He just fired me from my computer programming job. And, I am not young anymore. I am 56 even though I am still strong and youthful. But, I cannot get a new job in my field. This is not like the 1980's when I could just walk in and get hired. Getting a new job is tough these days. And, my skills are more suited for the 1990's. And, even if I take classes, the employers want experience with the latest technology. So, my high salary days are over. I will need to get a security guard job now. I think the only solution is to beat up my ex-boss.

Okay, I am 13 years old, am 5'3 and weigh 120 pounds, but all my friends who are my height sometimes a little shorter and sometimes and little taller weigh around 95 pounds give or take. The thing is we look the same size, like I look just as thin as they do or at least I thought I did. So why is this.

My undergrad degree is in Computer Science, but there is nothing I am interested in in writing a dissertation in Computer Science. So, I am going to major in Information Systems.
