I am in the military and I need to get my license but I have already failed the test twice and I need to get my license pretty bad.

What for? It is cheaper to take the bus or walk.

You will need to follow the rules for the state and county you live in. I have never heard of a state just giving out a driver's liscense to someone who has never taken or passed the test. Look into the county requirements. As you need to get this done but seem to be having some trouble, contact the nearest driving school and sign up. If the liscense is part of your military job, talk to your command and ask for help. My husband was in a similar situation when he first enlisted. His supervisor helped him find a driving school, work his schedule to do the classes and helped him practice. Good luck.

There are no free ways to obtain a license kid,

do the study take the test the legal way or you are just an accident waiting to happen.

Unless you have a license from another state, you will have to take the test. Read the book and do the practice tests.
