The vast majority of Mormon men are all monogamous. The Church of Ladder Day Saints officially banned pologamy a century ago and excommunicates members who practice it.
Pologamy is actually practiced more widely in the Muslim world than it is even within the fringe offshoots of Mormonism.

You must be referring to the heretical offshoot of LDS, called FLDS (F stands for fundamental) that predominantly lives in Colorado City, AZ. The FLDS are the only LDS that practice polygamy.
I don't think any of the sister wives are treated differently than others from a documentary I saw about them.

Well they only have one wife to start( Unless my husband has a family somewhere else) but we are treated equal. We are treated just the same as everyone else.

Well, my husband has only 1 wife - me. I don't think he could handle more than one woman!!
Remember - it's not the LDS church that practices polygamy, it is an off-shoot of the church. Any LDS member engaged in that would be excommunicated...

I think they treat them all like cattle whether they believe it themselves or not, I believe to them it's just another woman to bang and get pregnant so they can have them stuck in the home cookin' and cleanin'..........Jus' my female opinion.
