I deleted the Soundmax on my pc, it's too late to do a system restore. This is a DELL computer, and I have Windows XP.

Please let me know if that is enough information. how i can get my sound back

where can i download the soundmax back to my computer?

If I free-hand a picture (not copied or photographed), can I be sued for copyright violation? For instance, if I like snoopy or something and draw pictures freehand that look like the charachters so I can sell them, can I be sued?

There was a competition to cross the English Channel doing only the breaststroke.

The three women who entered the race were a brunette, a redhead and a blonde.

After approximately 14 hours,

the brunette staggered up on the shore and was declared the fastest breast stroker.

About 40 minutes later,

the redhead crawled up on the shore and was declared the second place finisher.

Nearly 4 hours after that,

the blonde finally came ashore

and promptly collapsed in front of the worried onlookers.

When the reporters asked why it took her so long to complete the race,

she replied, "I don't want to sound like I'm a sore loser,

but I think those two other girls were using their arms..."

I'm trying to come up with a hypothesis to test on goldfish (since they're cheap) for my college biology lab project. Has anyone ever heard of a goldfish changing its color due to the water it lives in being dyed, or it's food pellets being dyed with food coloring. I am not trying to kill the fish. If anyone can suggest a better experiment using goldfish - that would be great too.

I have M-AUDIO SESSIONS software, which is liek garageband for the pc. It's pretty easy to use. I am trying to make Indian Music with the software. Unfortunately nothing that the software has already sounds Indian. I have SWAR Systems, which is a program that has patches for the midi controller. It works in fruity loops and others and has all the indian instruments. I was wandering if there is a way to import those sounds, so that I can use the various differnet instruemnts in Sessions. Maybe by chaning the format or setting it up so That I wil be able to record midi and not have to play the part live and perfect to record it. Please let me know if anybody knows how to do this. If not do you guys recommend any program that is easy where I can do this. I've played around with Fruity loops, Reason, and Cubase and all are a bit complicated. Let me know if you have any recommnedations or know how to make the sounds work in M-audio sessions.

Ok am really not the instigating type but is it just me or does it seem like Lauren and Frankie flirt a bit..its very subtle but it's like that guy you meet and you're friends and you are attracted to eachother but dont know how to go about it from there...Seriously, have you noticed even how Frankie acts when she enters the scene or whatever?..hmm

I dont know, maybe its just me. Well tell me what you guys think anyway.

I squished a Vine Weevil yesterday and have spent a sleepless night worrying about my plants. Can anyone reccomend a pesticide (sorry to all those organic gardeners but Im desperate) that will zap the little beggars before they decimate my babys ! Yes, I know its the larvae that do the damage and that nematodes are best but I need to chemically obliterate these nasty things b4 they even start.
