I think you may mean spitz?
visit the AKC website... best chances of finding info, besides googling....

I would assume you mean Spitz. Fitz does not show up under any of the reputable kennel clubs, nor does it sound like any of the better known designer dogs.
Just an aside, dogbreedinfo is notorious for posting garbage on their sites. So be careful relying on information from it. If you're seriously looking for reputable organizations, you can try the American Kennel Club (www.akc.org), The United Kennel Club (www.ukcdogs.com) and the Canadian Kennel Club (www.ckc.ca), as they are well-known, established kennel clubs.
Other so called clubs, such as APRI, Continental Kennel Club and the like will register anything under the sun, and papers from those "registries" are not worth the ink they're printed with.

ive never heard of that kind of dog but u could go 2 dogbreedinfo.com and c if they have heard of it
