If it's a headache take some Tylenol or Ibuprophen. If it's a migraine the above will at least help if you don't have a prescription for anything else. If it's chronic (occurs often) seek medical advice from the internet and more importantly a doctor.

Why is it hurting?

Try ginger tea, or eating something hot and spicy: Believe it or not, the stuff that gives cayenne pepper its heat also helps with pain.

Or there are the old standbys, Tylenol and aspirin.

And drink a full glass of water: Sometimes headaches are a sign of dehydration even if you don't really feel thirsty.

Good luck!

Your mechanic is being somewhat untimely in his prognosis. you have gotten a blown head gasket and or a warped cylinder head. this could be desperate on the time of disassemble. the two are no longer reliable information, yet are much less high priced while in comparison with changing a cracked head. i could say take it aside and have it right now edged for warpage and magnifluxed to be sure no be counted if it particularly is cracked. no be counted if it particularly is a blown head gasket, it particularly is approximately 0.5 the cost based upon the problem of the top. known low $500.00 severe must be around $1100.00 based the place you purchase your areas. reliable success

To help, one must know precisely what the problem is. Your description does not fulfill that need. Where does it hurt? Where did the injury occur (if any)? When does it occur? How long does it last? Etc, Etc. If you want an accurate response, must include accurate information.
