Therefore, if debt consolidation is a loan, wouldn't that mean that you need to have decent credit to get that loan? However, this sounds like an oxymoron: why do consolidation if you have decent credit? The only answer I can think of is if you've been paying the bare minimum on your debts and would like to pay it all off?

I am involved in negotiating a short sale on a foreclosed property. The bank says no sale proceeds to owner, which is typical and understandable. The owner, a packrat, has agreed to completely clear the house of massive debris (i.e. provide a service) for a fee, which will help her with moving expenses. So this fee is for a "service" (not for sale of the home) and will not appear on the closing forms. Therefore, this owner wants proof somehow that I will pay her at the end. How do I set up an escrow situation for this "fee" payment. After closing, if she cleans house, I will give money. Do I go to a bank? Do I go to a court? Not sure how to set this up. Please help. :)

I am trying to clean up my hard drive and free extra space on my computer. When I go to the control panel and click on add and remove programs and go to the program I want to unistall, i keep getting this message "COULD NOT OPEN INSTALL.LOG FILE" I have several programs that's giving me that error message. please help i dont know what i should do now iam 19 and my mom and i own are own daycare so i cant get off the paperwork iam stuck with it she sold my car the other day for 1000 and she got it for nothing but i spent money fixing and paying everything to get it going she just bought a brand new car and wont really let me drive it and now shes saying shes going to pay off this new car and get me a car in a year shes also talking **** about me when iam not around and actting as though shes sick of being with me all the time we are very close and iam not trying to make my mom out to be a bad person iam just stuck if i were to talk to her about it shell just end up screaming at me and iam not wanting to hear it anymore ive never done anything really wrong in my life and she my best friend but i have no car and the job i do have i dont get paid but i get free room and board i dont really have alot of friends due to the daycare iam just really stuck what should i do to get my life back

She decided that she would just kill herself and join him in death.

Thinking that it would be best to get it over with quickly, she took out Earl's old Army pistol and made the decision to shoot herself in the heart, since it was so badly broken in the first place.

Breaking city curfew=Status offense
Homicide=violent offense and serious offense
Auto theft=serious offense
Aggravated assault=violent offense and serious offense
smoking cigarettes=status offense
Drive-by shooting=violent offense and seriuos offense
Truancy-status offense and non-violent delinquency
Graffiti=status offense and non-violent delinquency
Robbery=Serious offense.

Hi,
I am shipping out with the NAVY in Feb 11,2008 I will be Hospital Corpsman. I will be Reserve since I already have some education(in other fields) and am already somehow established, however I would love to have the opportunity of working in the Health industry(I live in Miami and this is probably the only safe industry here lately) I am not sure that this 14 weeks training program with the NAVY will help me much in the Civilian world. I was wondering if any of you out there could advise me how to make the most of this rating, I am not even sure if I will be a paramedic once training is over.
