It just means the software's uninstall files could not be found. So, it was either deleted or was not originally provided.
NO BIG DEAL
Instead, just delete the program folder and it's group under Start | Programs.
Or, you could reinstall the program and then uninstall it.
Always use the Add/Remove FIRST rather than deleting files and folders from Explorer manually. After the uninstall is performed, you can goto the folders/files and delete anything that's left. Any orphaned registry keys can be cleaned out by using a RegClean software package.
But; dear god, don't reformat because of something like this!

This method is a little tedious but it works. You'll have to insert the name of the program individually and run through all the below steps for each program you want to clean out of your PC. So in a case such as getting rid of Norton Antivirus it's best to do the below process on Norton and then on Symantec. Give it a shot, it will work.
DELETING PROBLEM FILES OR SOFTWARE FROM YOUR PC
Let’s assume the problem File/Software/Virus, etc. is named “Pesky” and you want to remove it from your PC.
Where ever you see the name “pesky” below, you will need to insert the actual name of the file/software/virus, etc. that you are trying to remove.
Click on Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove any “PESKY” programs residing there.
Now click on Start > Search > For Files or Folders > All Files and Folders
type in “PESKY” in the top box and let the computer do a complete search of your hard drive.
When it is done, click on Edit at the top of the window and click on Select All
Then click on File and click on Delete. It will ask you if you want to remove them. Click on Yes.
If you want to REALLY finish the job:
NOTE: DON'T DO ANYTHING ELSE IN THE REGISTRY OTHER THAN WHAT I MENTION HERE. If you are not familiar with editing the registry and you do other things you may give yourself some big headaches.
Click on Start > Run >
type in regedit
click once on the very top directory in the left hand pane to hilite it.
Hold down Ctrl + F; this will open a search window
type in “PESKY” and then click on Find Next
when it finds an “PESKY” entry, right click on it and select Delete and yes. (Do this if it is a folder in the left hand pane or if it is an entry in the right hand pane)
Hold down Ctrl + F again and repeat the process until you have cleaned your registry of all “PESKY” items.
This may be a very tedious process so hang in there.
When you think you have it all out. Go back up to the top directory in the left pane, hilite it, and search for “PESKY” once again just to make sure you didn't miss any.
Once you are completely done. Reboot your PC. This will reset the registry without all the “PESKY” entries and you should be rid of your problem.

as first aid, use disk clean up utilities under windows accessories, to free up disk space, use registry mechanic software to clean registry files...
take note in uninstalling programs:
When using Add/Remove Programs, you can remove only programs that were written for Windows operating systems. For other programs, check the documentation to see if other files (such as .ini files) should be removed.
When you open a program, or try to perform a task within a program, you may see a dialog box indicating that the program is being installed or updated by Windows Installer. This can occur if your administrator has set up the program to install this way, if program files have been deleted or corrupted, or if you are trying to use a program feature that was not installed during setup. If the program was installed from a CD-ROM, or if you are no longer connected to the network, Windows Installer may ask you for the CD-ROM. When Windows Installer finishes, the program or feature you are trying to use starts.
You can sort programs by selecting different options in Sort by.

These programs could have already been unistalled, but not removed from the list. Go to drive and open the program folder where the program was installed and see if the is any meaningfull content in it. Probably mostly empty folders.

it rather is on your lease approximately in one day travelers, on occasion 3 days. it rather is as much as the owner to choose. He has already recommended you of his coverage. He has to enhance your lease for the better people. He has to grant you 30 days notice to make the replace. What are you speaking approximately that landlord will lose his insurance? It doesnt rely what reason he gave you, he's declaring his coverage. you're no longer meant to take people in without permission from landlord. Thats why he's offended.
