It sounds as though you could be pregnant. Usually, you can experience symptoms of AF but milder than usual or with AF symptoms that are not necessarily typical for you..I never get sore boobs but when i got pregnant..they killed me.
I knew by blood test that I had a significant level of HCG and was definitely pregnant, but that same day ( due date ) I got a very faint positive.. so wait until you are about 7-10 days late and retest. You can also request your regular medical Dr to do a blood test which is the best way to confirm.

My test came out positive 2 days before my period was due. I did have dull pelvic aching in the beginning that was really uncomfortable.
Two days late is too early to call it. It could still be that your period is coming. If you get to be one week late and still no period, test again. If that comes out negative, go in for a blood test.
Good luck!

If you think you are pregnant and the tests have been negative you might want to consider getting a blood test. They are far more accurate then a urine test. I took a urine test before I missed my period it was very faint but the result was positive. I took a blood test the next day to confirm and I was indeed pregnant.

Umm... Sometimes the home pregnancy tests don't work, sometimes it takes a blood test. If you want to try to test at home again wait a couple of days. If the pain gets much worse or doesn't go away consult your doctor. Caboodles of Luck to You.

I think if you were test would be positive by now. HCG levels show up by now which verify pregancy. Unless you are having an etopic pregnany which causes pain and is serious. Could be stress or a uti too. Go to doc if symptoms persist and you don't get period soon. good luck.

i never get a positive until I am almost a week late. The cramping is normal for early pregnancy, but also normal for an impending period. I hope it works out in your favor!!!

This is common and this happened to me as well. allot of times pregnancy isn't easily detected in urine. Talk to your doctor and ask for a blood test that is more accurate
