My central heat & air unit is a little too small for my house (my landlord finally admitted it, but doesn't feel that its enough of a difference to have it changed it). This causes it to never get to the exact temperature needed & stay long enough for the unit to cut off. I'm concerned that my electric bill is going to be sky high. My landlord assures me that because it's a smaller unit, it is actually going to use much less power. That even though it never shuts off, that doesn't mean it will run my power bill up. Is he right or is he just saying that to get me to shut up (for now)?

Hi there,
I am an "still-learning" Mac OS X Tiger user and I bought my Powerbook G4 from a friend's sister 2nd hand, so I don't see her anymore.
The problem is this first user set an admin password and whenever i try to install some applications like the latest version of iTunes or iLife I just can not proceed, because I do not know the master - admin password.
So, what I want to ask is that, is there a simple way for first uninstalling the exsiting OS, which is MacOSX 10.4.2 Tiger, and installing a fresh OS, like MacOSX Leopard may be.
This thing is really simple on Microsoft Windows based operating systems, cus CD is bootable and I just switch 1st booting to CD from HDD on BIOS. I hope you ll guide me with a simple way like that.

My dad would love a job in the railway industry as he is a well experienced worker in the rail way (engineering supervisor) he is in charge of a team of around 10 men and works hard .But he would love to work in Holland and live there.He loves holland and would think it would be a great oppurtunity for him.

does anyone know anything he can do to find a job ?

My friend he has a girlfriend who he barely meets,,
I had a girlfriend who i used to meet once a week.. And i got vacation so i went back to sweden where iam from.. After 2 months she wants to break up.. In the beginning we used to talk alot but by the time it got less and less..

ok so i had a m/c on the 6th aug stopped bleeding on the 10th i was only 3 weeks preg (positive bloods) since i wasnt very far i didnt need a d/c so my question is will my cycles just go back to normal straight away as if nothing happened and if so when will i get my period. because if i didnt know i was preg i would have thought the bleeding on the 6th was my period. im not a die hard mavs fan but most GS fans always claim that mavs suck because they beat them in the first round.. i mean, c'mon?! They're saying that like they beat the Jazz the next round.. they even just won one game out of five! what gives them the right to brag when prior to last season they were the team to not to reach the playoffs for the longest time (12 years!)... they're a fun team i know... but beating the mavs is not the only goal... don't act like you won the championship... i was in line to get dessert and there was this bratty girl saying "can you move your big butt out of the way? you're blocking my way"... and her friend says "im sorry she has a personality disorder...."
