Okay. So, I had my period at an early age, was bulimic for my first three years of being a teenager, and I'm growing really slowly. I'm 5'0ish I think. And I'm like 15. Ish. =D
My mom says that PROTEIN helps you grow taller, and that growth hormones are actually MADE OUT OF protein. So that means that whenever I eat protein, I'm eating growth hormones, right? =SSSSS Well, it seems a tad bit weird and strange.
Does PROTEIN actually help you grow taller?
What about CALCIUM? And which of the two is more important to grow tall?
And since I hate eating MEAT, which is loaded with protein, I take protein powder and nutri-protein (stuff that you make protein shakes out of), does that help as much? I mean, it should, since I'm basically taking protein and excluding the carbs, right?
ALL HELP APPRECIATED, THANKS IN ADVANCE, <3!
