My girlfriend told me that she put her boyfriend's sperm on her face so that her skin will be smooth. Is sperm good for the skin, is it true ?

I have never heard any claims of that being true. It's sticky, I can't imagine rubbing it on your face. Gross.

Well That Is Very Sick. You Should Sit Down And Talk To Your Girlfriend And See If She Is Telling The Turth.
With All The Floueds From THe Sperm It Is More Likely That It Might BE Good. However Its Your Life Do What Ever You Want!

Whether it is or not is really beside the point. Since there are sooo many STDs that can be passed from skin to skin contact AND through bodily fluids, I would not suggest using anyone's sperm on your face. Tell your friend to get a good moisturizer instead.

It is protein. It won't do much for skin because skin is nourished by what you eat, not what you put on it.

Considering that (assuming you are the current boyfriend) she told you this, if I were you I would wonder about her motivations.
