It's not that you don't understand about freedom of speech but need to develop your delivery mechanism.Write down your opinion on any issue in four to fine lines and practice to speak when you are alone or in your toilet.Sounds funny? try and go on improvising and improving it by adding prefaces, like.Excuse me,I beg to differ, just a minute,By the way,may I say that...,and so on. After some time,do it in real life situations. You shall do wonders in a couple of weeks and may surprise many including your self.YOU HAVE IT IN YOU and all it needs is a bit of coaxing to come alive. All the best.

I do not know what country you came from.
It is really hard for someone like me, to even think I
do not have freedom of speech. I must have been
terrible for you.
Since this all happened to you, it will take awhile....
You have one life to live.......Yes, here you can say what you
would like......Try little by little, and it will become natural
to you.
Who knows, Maybe someday you will be given speeches
to people who want to express their feelings!!!

You have the freedom to say whatever you want, and other people have the right tell you to shut up and probably will.

That's why you hold back. You're afraid of what other people will say, not what you might say.

Take a speech class. But don't forget, even though we have freedom of speech in America, it doesn't mean you can spout off. Do all things in kindness and humility.

You do realize it.....you just aren't excersizing it.....it takes practice....but the first step is to open your mouth and let it out.
Just remember that just because there is freedom of speech doesn't mean you are free from the consequenses to your actions....be very careful with your tongue for it is the sharpest tool around.

Because you don't. America is no longer a free country.

maybe you're just shy or scared when it comes to expressing yourself. it happens. just try and conquer them...you alone can do it mentally.
