Ok so me and this guy have been off and on, he lives 3hrs away and this is his week off for school and he wanted to meet half way tonight.I had to wait to leave till 9 which would get us together around 10:30 and I had to leave by 11am the next morning to get back home.Well he was all good with all this last night when he saying how much he cared about me and wanted me and only me and all that stuff,I called him around 1pm and he said to call and ask about hotels he would call me later,so he calls me around 6 to say it just dawned on him how short of a time we would be spending together and he would rather wait till thursday to come and see me and why it took him till just then to know that i have no clue.He said he would call me later so here it is 1am and still no word from him.I asked if he was doing anything tonight and he said no he would chill at the cabin and call me and then go to bed.But no word as of yet.He seemed kinda wierd on the phone,I just don't get it. Anyone???

I recently started working in a company two months ago. I am overqualified for this position and want to look for a better job.

Hubbs works a job that requires him to visit a bank to make a deposit several times a week, I have not ever been there but he has made me perfectly aware that it is full of pretty women, he even invited one to our post wedding celebration. He ended up winning a gift cert from the bank for the grocery store next door and we went there yesterday together but he pulled into the grocery store parking lot and not the bank parking lot. We exit the car and I begin to follow him to the bank when he mentioned that he thought I would want to start grocery shopping. He didn't seem the least bit interested with introducing me to the women inside the bank. He ended up going across the street to the bank alone and I went inside and began grocery shopping. Should I have went with him no matter even if he didn't want me too? Sure seemed to me that he didn't want me to go there with him. Yes, a little weirded out I am that is for sure. ok, so don't you think it's a little hypocritical of some christians who believe that homosexuals choose to be gay and they believe they are (which we don't choose btw) when their religion is based simply on faith without any logical reasoning or proof. even if people chose to be attracted to members of the same sex, at least they have something to back it up: that one likes to have a relationship with one of the same sex. while christians say there is a god without anything to back it up except for the bible. and that doesn't do anything, if i wrote on a piece of paper that monkeys can fly doesn't make it true. i know this question is hard to understand because it's hard to compare the two subjects.

I dont agree or condone what happened in columbine or virgina tech but i do think they need to deal with the social class system
among teenagers in high school> And start making every kid that they all have feelings and emotions and that to grow up
Listen u can tell a child that it will be ok and brush it off but if it happens every day every week something has to be done before that child takes it into his own hands people can only take so much

I had rebounded and married, had two kids that are beautiful, but my current husband has had a separate bedroom from me for years. All my siblings want me to leave him. My sister says that I have a"disfunctional life." He has disresepected me and just seems to want different things in life than I do. I keep a happy thought, only because I was once involved with a happy man who broke my heart and I keep seeing him in all I do. He was my mentor and role model. My 10 year old daughter loves her father, and wouldn't understand, however. I don't know what to do.

I don't know about you, but sometimes I feel like I'm swimming around in a toilet-bowl full of sh**, and that the harder I try to understand the truth about life, and the meaning of it, the more confused I become. It's like someone just keeps dumping and not bothering to flush. How about you? Do you think earth is a giant loo? in the torah there are laws regarding what is kosher (allowable to be eaten). seeing as the torah was written 4000 years agon it a world that barely existed beyond asia and africa dont you find inexplicably odd that no new kosher animals have been discovered. how is it possible that ever kosher animal at that time was already known when an entire half a world had not been explored. no new animals that only chew their cud and no new animals that only have split hooves have been discovered in 4000 years. kind of odd dont u think.

Okay...I need some major advice!
I dont know what to do anymore.....I am freaking out because I feel as though I am in way over my head!

So, my husband is in the military, and I am in college. We dont make that much money because I do not work!!! I am planning on getting a part-time job which will help out a little but not a lot!
So, we had to get a new car because our other one was falling apart, so now since we have a car payment we need to have a cheaper amount of rent we pay each month. Well, we live in an expensive neighborhood, and we pay about 1000 per month now for rent. I love the place that I am at now, and to downsize we can either get a ONE BEDROOM ONE BATH--Or a TWO BED TWO BATH!
The one bed is about 800 per month, and the two bed is 900 per month!
ALSO-we found a really cheap twonhome that would cost us 950-1000 per month TO OWN! My hubby really wants it, but I just dont know if we

OK.. so maybe my last question was a little cryptic for y'all since every answer avoided it entirely... My apologies if you suffer from a dejavu...

There us a reference I have seen in the New Testament is in Corinthians 6:9 but therein the reference is not to "homosexuals" per say but to the "Catamite"....

Now.... "what's a catomite" I thought ... and.... well as far as I can figure a Catomite is word with latin origins that means the younger partner in a pederastic relationship between two males. Now this strikes a particular discord with me ... That is, a Catomite refers exclusively to an act of pedophilia ... but more interestingly Paul condemns not the adult perpetrator in this text ... but the adolescent little boy!

So, if you can make sense of that morality then please explain it to me 'cause I can assure you that if there is a god of any kind, for my god... it's the pedophiles that ought be excluded from paradise and not the little boys. What's your take on that text

My friend lives in the US and I now live in Australia... we used to be really good friends 1999-2002 but we had an argument in 2002 and we both married and went our seperate ways... well in 2004 I got an email from her out of the blue and she wrote this big email how she was living in Italy and she had a baby boy and she travels all over europe and she bought a BMW...(like she was bragging)
I was like oh congrats... well I'm living in Japan and I have a boy and girl aswell... so anywayz we've been emailing each other since then, but I only ever seem to get one from her when something is happening... like buying a new car or building a new home, or she's the #1 employee... blah blah
My husband just got a new job and we will be moving to the same city as her and her husband in the US, first she seemed excited and now she's ignoring my emails, i've asked her about the city and different things but she hasn't responded to anything.. any idea on why she's acting strange

I have a second-hand typewriter. It works fine but the only problem I have with it is the capital letters. Instead of the bottom of the letters being aligned, the top of the capital letters align with the top of the other letters instead. There are a lot of switches on the typewriter, so I don't know if it has anything to do with turning a certain switch the right way.

I do not watch the news and just read about the big fire in Santa Barbara County. My family lives on the mesa in Santa barbara but we have no way to talk. Is it heavy smoke or how close is the fire to downtown SB ? I understand it is up in the mountains, but I can't figure out how close it is and all, anyone know ?

I've recently began to consider the idea that we humans do not actually have free will at all, and that everything we do is predetermined, either by our genetic predispositions or our environment, or a combination of both. The theory that we have no free will is called determinism. Too much to explain but wikipedia has a great article on it.
