Well, I'm a Ma'am ;) To get to Task Manager, you need to right-click on an empty spot on the Start bar and choose Task Manager. If that's not what you are looking for please post more detail.

I presume that you're using windows XP. If that is the case. I can only guess that You're simply missing a file from your system32 folder. I can't remember for the life of me remember what it was. However, if you can find out. You can simply download a replacement file and restart the computer. I'm going to venture a guess in saying that it's run32.dll. But don't quote me on that. IF you're using Windows Vista. Sorry. I can't help you on that Op. System.

If your Ctrl+Alt+Delete command is not working.
Your Task Manager has been disabled probably by a Virus.
your first step is to scan with an updated anti virus your system..if you dont have one, you can down load AVG Free Edition..you can download direct from here; http://www.grisoft.com/
install and clean your system
then download this registry file:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/taskmgrenable.reg

Try this. Also to use taskmanager, you can press ctrl, alt, del button to bring it up once its fixed.
