From 1895 to 1920, the all-time leader was Roger Connor. He had 138 home runs in his his career from 1880 to 1897, which was spent mostly with the New York Giants. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1976.

Before Connor it was Harry Stovey (122 HR).

i think that it was connor i saw it on espn and he had i think that it was like 138 career homeruns hes a really old player
