so tomorrow i'm moving into my dorm for my first year of college....
i'm pretty nervous and i get homesick pretty easily,
sometimes when i get really nervous i get diahrreah (gross, i know)
and when i get homesick i cry
i'm not possitive either of these will happen tomorrow...but maybe both will?
anyways. how can i avoid getting that nervous, and if i do get sick what can i do to help/stop it
and if i start crying for some reason.. will everyone think i'm crazy?
i guess i'm just freaking out because i'm unsure of the future
and i hate being unsure and out of my comfort zone
maybe ill feel better once i get all moved in?
has this happened to anyone else?/know what to do?

It's most prevelant when they use in pastence. Instead of "Asked" it comes out sounding like "Axed" or in extreme cases they'll even add another d to the end of it making it sound like this "Axeded". I Axeded you a question. Can someone please explain to me how this simple word is aparently so tough for people to say. Is it an issue of talking so fast that they get tongue tied or what? I'd really like to know how this has come to be such a problem.

I want to know what others consider cheating. Tell me where you draw the line. From touches, internet, text messages, phone calls and anything else you believe is cheating. I'm interested in finding out what others think is cheating and where they believe boundries have been crossed.

If so, why? If not, why not? This question is not meant to be insulting or anything negative. It's a chance to get to know each other if you spend some time here, and to learn to tolerate each other. I'm a very open person, I can get along with almost anybody, and I refuse to insult or ridicule a person based on a label. Even when being insulted, I still refuse. I would appreciate the same courtesy, because we are all one human race and we all need each other to survive.

Anyone else skeeved out that Walmart sells guns and toys on the same aisle? Sure it might make sense to sell sporting goods next to toys, but how about at least an aisle's worth of camping gear or hockey sticks before the gun section?

They won't sell certain CDs in the store, but guns in the toy car aisle, not a problem.

Okay, so I was checking out some Pagan stuff on the net and found a lot of schools have banned their Wiccan students from wearing the pentagram but say it's okay that Christian students wear their crosses. I don't think this is right-- either ban ALL religious symbols, or none of them. Banning one religious symbol, then saying another is just fine...that's just wrong no matter what religion it favors.

What do you guys think?

Ok so me and this guy have been off and on, he lives 3hrs away and this is his week off for school and he wanted to meet half way tonight.I had to wait to leave till 9 which would get us together around 10:30 and I had to leave by 11am the next morning to get back home.Well he was all good with all this last night when he saying how much he cared about me and wanted me and only me and all that stuff,I called him around 1pm and he said to call and ask about hotels he would call me later,so he calls me around 6 to say it just dawned on him how short of a time we would be spending together and he would rather wait till thursday to come and see me and why it took him till just then to know that i have no clue.He said he would call me later so here it is 1am and still no word from him.I asked if he was doing anything tonight and he said no he would chill at the cabin and call me and then go to bed.But no word as of yet.He seemed kinda wierd on the phone,I just don't get it. Anyone???

My boyfriend and I have been arguing the past couple of days.

We had plans recently to move in together and I'm currently unemployed, but since he makes good money he offered to support me until I get on my feet. He said he had faith that I would find a job and once I did I could then contribute.

All of a sudden he has been very mean to me lately and almost talking down to me cause I didn't find a job yet. It has not been that long and I have been trying. So he decided all of a sudden that he needs to move into his own place cause hes not happy where he is. But Im not happy where I am either. I wish he was not so mean to me.

So I got very upset and told him that I know where we stand now. Every man for himself as he made it to be. And I don't need him. I am an independent woman and can get a job and then move out on my own. I thanked him cause the fact that he was so mean to me lit a fire under my butt to get my own place...and I said F*** you to him. I am so mad right now

well my mother told me this story.

Yesterday,
my mom took a smoking break at work
and was sitting there for a few minutes
and the she imagined
God, rocking my grandmother in his arms like a baby
as if rocking her to sleep.
It was 810 when she saw this.
10 minutes later, tony called to tell her that grandmaw had died.. 10 minutes ago. [when she saw that]

Do you guys believe in stuff like this?

just curious to see what others think.

sooo my parents took out a bunch of loans for me to go to school... and well I'm neither selfish nor ungrateful, but after two and a half years, it just didn't work out for me. I kept changing my major, I hated the school I was at ( I asked my dad if I could transfer, he said if I did he would not pay for my schooling anymore) . Well for almost a year now I have been wanting to join the air force, and for 6 months I have been at community college to prevent mine and my parents loans from coming out of deferment. If I join the military 3 months later my parents are going to be required to pay. Is there anyway around this. I just know how my dads heart will break when he gets the first bill for the degree I did not get. I still plan to get my degree I just want to finish in the military before my parents that out another 50,000 in loans. Eventhough they would rather do that than have me join the air force. I'm afraid to break their heart. any help advice
