1) Having somebody put thermite on the top of your head and lighting it.
2) Being doused in gasoline and set ablaze.
3) Being crushed by your own hydraulic lift.
4) Having your face eaten off by horses.
5) Poisonous gas (Bhopal, India)
6) Electric chair, like the guy on "The Green Mile".
7) Choking on a walkie talkie, so that even after you die people can hear "10-4" and "Breaker breaker Niner zero on the vector".

Probably jumping from a plane and your chute doesn't open.
It takes approx. 3 minutes to hit the ground, and you can only scream a minute or so, before you start feelin' silly about it.
That still leaves you two minutes to think about how stupid you are ... to be jumping out of a plane, and how much it's gonna hurt when ya hit the ground!! :(

having your car explode and catch on fire but not dieing immeadiatly, so you are grasping at the door trying to open it with your hands scratching at the window while you watch the guy that stopped his car to try and help you but cant get to the car b/c it was too hot all happening while your flesh is melting

any death is painful but there are some very innovative sentences in some religious fanatic countries. they amputate hands and legs and dump the criminal in a deep hole of very small diameter (just the width of the human body)
