Okay...I need some major advice!
I dont know what to do anymore.....I am freaking out because I feel as though I am in way over my head!

So, my husband is in the military, and I am in college. We dont make that much money because I do not work!!! I am planning on getting a part-time job which will help out a little but not a lot!
So, we had to get a new car because our other one was falling apart, so now since we have a car payment we need to have a cheaper amount of rent we pay each month. Well, we live in an expensive neighborhood, and we pay about 1000 per month now for rent. I love the place that I am at now, and to downsize we can either get a ONE BEDROOM ONE BATH--Or a TWO BED TWO BATH!
The one bed is about 800 per month, and the two bed is 900 per month!
ALSO-we found a really cheap twonhome that would cost us 950-1000 per month TO OWN! My hubby really wants it, but I just dont know if we
So, we wouldnt be saving that much money!
I really do not know what to do anymore

go rent in a cheaper neighborhood. you only need one bedroom.
finish your college courses ASAP.
get a good job.
THEN buy a nice house.
if your hubby really wants the house, then you must give something up. check your expenses. are there things that you don't really need and keep on paying for?

You could I think try waitressing? Tips are probably pretty good. And look at anywhere you can reduce expenses. Maybe even give up a home telephone, if you have a cell phone? Maybe give up restaurants and buy a rice cooker? It would be hard to give things up but I'm not sure what else to say.

Hmm, your lease ends, well you cannot go through college without a home! Trust me! If you don't have a place to live, do NOT attempt to pass in college. Because you will need to withdraw later and might have to forfeit paid tuition money, as well as risk having failing grades. Make sure you have a place to do the work that you need to do.

I don't know why you don't grab the townhouse, if you think it will work for you. But if you can only afford $800 per month, maybe you should sacrifice the extra things and simply not have a guest room? BUT only if you will have a study or some place to do your school work.

Good luck!

i think i am missing the homeless part -- you want permission to be petty bourgeois? go for it. who needs to worry about homeless when they can rent to own.

my only adivce would be live simply so that others may simply live -- actually that is a quote from ghandi and not me.
