I am victim of a fradulent note. For the enforcement proceding to sieze my assets the papers filed in order to have my house were served and accepted by two different public offices on a Sunday. Could that be grounds to contest the legality of the papers, abuse of process, and/or possiable grounds to request that an inquire into conspericy be undertaken to investigate why public officials worked on a public holiday in public office and accepted a petition for public action?

I notice this a lot, and most recently I saw it in someone's answer to a queation about Richard Dawkins. The person said Dawkins is "hateful."

How is he hateful? Does he advocate violence? Does he advocate censorship?

No, he doesn't. All he does is present a view that disagrees with yours, and in this action you see "hate." I see the exact opposite. I see a man who is so concerned about all of human existence that he is compelled to talk with us about it.

What stores did you register with? What items did you select?

For me, it feels so weird creating a registry, and I'm finding it very difficult mentally - lol - it feels like it's asking/expecting people to buy us stuff. But a lot of people want to know where we're registered, so I'm starting to feel like I should.

I think it would be helpful to me to see what other people have done.

I don't go shopping very often (we've been mostly saving money for our wedding), so I think part of it is that I'm shocked at how much everything costs. I had no idea comforters cost over $100, or that place settings were that expensive as well. All of this just seems so foreign to me.

Did you just pick one store and selected what you liked best from that store, or did you make several registries after shopping around for the best prices and finding the things you liked most?

Any help, advice, or encouragement would be greatly appreciated?

i bought a car on June 5th this year ( 200-7-) Now i pay around 425 dollars for it every month , and as per insurance around 198 .
i make around 750 dollars a month .

i am doing this because i want to be independent from my parents. If i don't start somewhere then i will never be on my own . anyway emotional stuff aside..hehe.

When can i refinance my loan , currently it's around 6-7%
I think my credit score went high , my equifax is 669 , when i checked right now on creditinform.com.

I have chase bank , you think they can lower it ?
do you know how much lower they can go ? around 300 maybe?

i am goin to take defensive driving class also , i heard that saves a lot of money also on insurance..

ihave cut out sugar and other carb foods and uped protein. I heard on the atkins diet you shouldn'tbe on if your on a dirurectic, but I'm not that strictly protein. Anyway I drink the same and pee alot less. Wondering why?

She left him and their kids for her current boyfriend about a year and a half ago. I've been seeing him for about 9 months. My boyfriend wants full custody of his kids (he has physical custody now). She rarely calls the kids and only sees them 4 days a month. The divorce has been dragging cause she says she wants custody of the kids, but she doesn't involve herself in their lives. We think it's so she doesn't have to pay child support, which she doesn't pay anyway. Their court date is in like a month from now. She recently told my boyfriend that she's pregnant by her live-in boyfriend and has no intention of getting married to him. I don't live with my boyfriend cause we don't want to do anything that may hinder his chances of getting full custody.

How will her being pregnant and "living with her boyfriend" (which she denied under oath) while they're still married affect his custody case?

I met him in a chatroom and I aint seen a pic of him but we are together online for around 6 months now. Were from different parts - he in Seattle and me in Texas. Why are you christian or atheist? I don't want any sarcasm, or "it's nonsense!" answers. I'm frankly tired of how much we don't respect eachother, i respect atheists and all other religions and don't try to shove. If you say christinanty is nonsense, give reasons! If you believe, Praise God and give reasons! I believe. My reasons is the beauty of nature, i don't think coincedence made that. Also, out of personal expierence and understanding, the Lord appeared to me.

We have found animals frozen solid in ice, their stomach still full of green vegetation. Poor beast was probably on the ice pack when it crashed into the ocean causing the ocean level to increase greatly, and putting large quantities of ice in the way of thermal distribution currents.
The fresh water does not sink even if it is colder. This brings these thermal distribution currents to a stop. It cools the atmosphere because of the large quantities of ice floating about in the ocean. It desalinates the ocean making it easier to freeze. The rise in ocean water increases the reflectivity of the planet causing more heat to be reflected back into space. Then the resulting snow and ice increases the reflectivity even more. This kind of event can cause an ice age to begin in one season. Don't throw out you long undies yet.
