Dont listen to scooter. okay, what you do is either get a program called Nvu, or use freewebs , both are fun and easy. BTW writing by hand in html, take days mabye weeks, but these programs take minutes, though NVu takes more time. FReewebs is a site which u designe it by there ways, while Nvu is a program which lets u fullycustomize it but it wont look as good. The only problem is for a ite toi be ur won, u have to pay over 30byucks a month, but freewebslets u have a site offf there site, but for a business thats bad. Also with freewebs u cannot have ur won site. U ahve to hire someone of make it yourself with dreamweazver, Nvu or others, and post it yourself

You can creat a site for nothing if you have Windows. Just write the site in HTML using Notepad. Might have to get a book on all the proper syntax, but it is free.

You can get a basic free website at Geocities (it will have some ads on the free version, or you can upgrade to the paid version to avoid banner ads). It includes a program called PageBuilder so you can design the site without knowing html. You can sign up using your Yahoo ID, go to:

http://geocities.yahoo.com/

I don't know if it's the BEST, but if I can use it anyone can!! : ) Good luck and God bless! : )
