First of all, HIV is NOT curable. Viruses are NOT curable.
ONLY bacterial STDs and STDs caused by parasites are curable.
Curable STDs include: chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, donovanosis, scabies, pubic lice (crabs) and trichomoniasis.

Im sorry jenny but this is kind of a stupid queston. You see, hiv is not curible. Also the best way to not get STDs is to make your parter wear a condem, have yourself checked often, and if you do get them its good not to spread them and to always tell your parter. HIV isn't curable.
Pubic lice and bacterial infections are curable i.e. gonorrea/clamydia.
Any viral infection i.e. herpes/HIV is not.
