The best guess (and this is an area of uncertainty) is that disruptions to ocean currents might cause slight initial cooling in Europe. Then, if we're not taking effective action, it might stop Europe from warming quite so fast, but the effect will be small.
But the idea of a global ice age is very far out from accepted science.
