I purchased a condo with my sister. I want to give her full ownership of the real estate property. Meaning if she was to sell /refinance the propert then she will be able to do so legaly without my presence or signature. Basically giving her all rites to act on my behave of the real estate and waiving all my rites. I know there is a specific legal document i need to file.. Whats the document???????? All or any suggestions would be helpfull.. Thanks :)

My indoor cat escaped outside last night and is terrorfied. I realized it this morning when I went to feed him and he wasn't around. He is hiding under my deck, which is low to the ground <3 or 4 inches, and is howling, hissing, growling, and makes a screaming like noise when I call him to come in. What can I do to get the cat back in the house ... HELP!

please please please help!...i screwd up..im an idiot!!..i was talkin to my ex n she said she was gettin really bored n stuff n her parents were goin outta town for 2 days n they were askin if she wanted to come with..i din realize n i didn say anythin..n then after 5 mins she decided to go wit em..n then after half an hour i realized n i asked her if she wanted to go clubbin or sumthin n she said well now its too late..u shudve asked me earlier..then i said so do u wanna go somewhere when u come back n she said no!!..what do i do!!..im a ******* idiot!..how do i convince her!!help!..please temme! fast! what do i do ?how do i get another shot ?

I have 2 cats and 1 of them just had a kitten. I let the momma cat outside one time, other than this they have never been out. now all the cats have terrible fleas. the vet said the only thing i could do for the kitten was to wash it in dawn diswash liquid but this still doesnt get rid of the fleas. As for the adult cats ive tried using the Hartz flea liquid tubes that you squeeze out between their shoulder blades and sergents flea powder but they still have the fleas. I'm worried that they are spreading them around my house. I'm having a baby in 3 weeks so i need to get this taken care of. I'm giving the momma cat and the kitten away so ill still have one adult . What should i to get this mess taken care of quick. Also I havent seen anything on my blankets but if for some reason they are there can washing them in the washer clean them or do i need to do somethng special for laundry too?

I just met this new guy a few weeks ago and he has me kind of frustrated and confused. When I met him on a Friday night, I didn't call until Monday afternoon because he said he has a little boy and I don't know if I want to deal with any "baby mama drama". He said that night that him & his ex get along great. Ever since that first call, he's called me when leaving work, text me during work, but since his schedule sucks, he doesn't have much time at night so naturally on his day off, I assumed he would want to see me as he said he would. Wrong - he made other plans with his friend at a football game- or so he says. He's said a few times that he would call and then claims to have fallen asleep. Also, since we have spoken more and went to dinner and all that, he's started to make comments about there being drama with his baby mama and how much he can't stand her and a part of me feels like maybe they are still hooking up or something. Should I be worried? Or give him space?

As a teenager, I always put knowledge before friendships, thus intellectually, I was ahead of my peers. Although I've never acted snobby or condescending towards others, I still have a difficult time relating to others my age. In several instances, people have bolstered my social ineptness just to undermine my intelligence ("you have brains but you don't have friends").

On some minor occasions, I have played the "average jane" role in order to fit in at school. But I always ended up hating myself for that. Education is what makes me happy--it is my passion and my purpose--and I refuse to sacrifice that for anybody. However, friendships are very important to me as well, and I don't want to lose out on them anymore.

(P.S. I am 19 years old and I'm about to start college soon).

As soon as you meet her, she comes across as a good natured person. A little shy but it's obvious that she's good hearted.

However, she tends to become consumed with her insecurities and fears and she is so scared of getting hurt. Hasn't really considered the guys feelings because she's wrapped up in her own fears.

He's been gambling for the last 3 yrs... leaving me and our 2 young children with no money.. sometimes not enough money for food.. formula or dipers... that i have to go and borrow money from my family members and friends... i know he's trying to change and i can see that he is trying.. but i would feel more comfy and secure if there was a way to prevent him from temptation %100..... meaning i have all the control with the money. Mind you that this is his 3rd time trying to change so i've already been pretty patient. Any advice would be help!! THX EVERYONE!!!!

I have a 5 year old son and decided to try again last year but had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. My friends have had babies in the mean time and i am trying. I just keep getting this bad feeling that something is going to happen again. I dont see myself ever having another baby. My friends drank in their pregnancy and didnt seem to care, just took it for granted. I did everything by the book and the worst happened. What do you think the chances are of having another miscarriage?? I just have a really bad feeling.

I know, I know, it sounds incredibly obvious. But let's really think hard about this. I believe in God, but I don't believe I deserve to go to Hell for my sins, because I am still a good person. I am honest and I treat others with respect. Check out this answer that was posted to my last question, where I asked if it is required for me to believe I deserve eternity in Hell in order to be a Christian:

Ok, so if yall read my question about my goldfish, then you know that it already lost an eye, well, it lost its other eye last night, so now its blind

Im afraid it won't be able to eat food because it lives with another larger goldfish, and he already had trouble eating food because the big one was a pig

Well, i have this 3 gallon tank with filter already with my betta fish in it, but i can move my betta back to its bowl, well, do you think moving the goldfish to a smaller tank so it will have a better chance of getting food, and i will be able to watch its condition better

He is about 2 1/2 inches long including its tail

Is 3 gallons to small?

I dont know what Im meant to do now or how to feel - My husband and I separated about 2 weeks ago - he left me - I had an inkling he was seeing someone else (It turns out he was) anyway I got over the break up and was happy to see him happy and told him this - anyway I told him the other day that I am going to start looking for someone else and he was a little annoyed - tonight we were chatting on the phone in our usual happy friendly way as we had agreed we would just stay friends (we have a 4 year old daughter) anyway tonight after a long chat he asked me if I had met anyone - I said that I might have and that I didnt know yet (We are meeting tomorrow for the first time) and my ex got really angry with me putting me down in any way he possibly could - I asked him why he was talking to me like that and he just yelled some more then said he had to go - about half an hour later I got an SMS telling me he wanted to commit suicide - I tried reasoning with him that.. will add more on edit.

To make a long story short: Went out with this guy, but broke up with him because it was too difficult to keep seeing him (he knows the reason why, I explained to him), he still likes me and is willing to go back out and continue to work around the difficulties. However, I feel bad that we have to work around it in the first place and things would be hard anyway! He tells me he's fine with this.

I'm not sure if I still like him, I think I do because I often miss talking/hanging out/etc. with him. But then again, I'm not really sure if I want a boyfriend. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. I feel like I need more time to think about this. He texted me just now saying: he still likes me and wants to go out.

How do I respond to this? I want to have more time to think but I don't want him to lose interest and I'll get hurt without expecting it. I also don't want to say yes and make things even more difficult and end up getting hurt anyway.

Please help. I'm very, very confused
