Charlie and the Chocalote Factory! Wouldnt it be cool if Jon And Richie were chocalote? Then we could eat them! LOL!

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was better, because it followed the book more. In the book, Willy Wonka doesn't really like children, and that's not the way he was portrayed in the first film.
Seriously.....the movies were both based on a book, people....sheesh. Willy Wonka was completely off, because it didn't follow the book correctly. I'm glad the second movie didn't follow the first, because it wasn't based on the first one! It was based on the book.

Willy Wonka all they way, charlie and the choclolate factory didn't even stay true to the story line from the first movie, i didn't care for it really, im madd i bought it on dvd

willy wonka is way better
charlie...... would have been better if it continued from the first one, like have new brats,new names, new story line, Charlie was already the owner of the factory so they should have gone from there, and Johnny Depp was just creepy

I grew up with Willy Wonka, but who can resist Johnny Depp even with those obscene teeth! They are both really trippy but good movies to grow up with.
