200C is fine (that's 390 F)... most recipes suggest anywhere from 350 F (176 C) to 425F (218 C).
I tend to use 375 F (190 C), but at times I've used 425 F to finish off the chicken.

Fan-assisted 180 deg c for 25 mins per pound plus 25 mins; important you know the exact weight of chicken, and this includes the stuffing if you cook it with the bird!
NOTE: to convert celsius to farenheit, simply multiply by 1.8 then add 32 (in reverse, subtract 32 then divide by 1.8)
Size doesn't regulate the cooking temperature; it's time per pound which will determine whether or not you get botulism!

200 is right.Cook for 20-25mins per 0.5kg plus an extra 20mins for browning.
