I have it on 200 is this too low? Its a large chicken.

200C is fine (that's 390 F)... most recipes suggest anywhere from 350 F (176 C) to 425F (218 C).

I tend to use 375 F (190 C), but at times I've used 425 F to finish off the chicken.

Fan-assisted 180 deg c for 25 mins per pound plus 25 mins; important you know the exact weight of chicken, and this includes the stuffing if you cook it with the bird!

NOTE: to convert celsius to farenheit, simply multiply by 1.8 then add 32 (in reverse, subtract 32 then divide by 1.8)

Size doesn't regulate the cooking temperature; it's time per pound which will determine whether or not you get botulism!

Between 180-200 celcius will be fie, if it is to hight it might get dry

you want 235 (450 f) or 245 (473 f)

200 should be fine. If anything it may be a bit high. 175 would probably be best.

200 is right.Cook for 20-25mins per 0.5kg plus an extra 20mins for browning.

Too high I'd say, think 180 C is about right.
