My local channels are broadcast in HD, but Dish Network doesn't provide them to me in HD. I have HD programming through dish network, just not my locals. I was told to get an antenna for this. The farthest local HD tower is about 40 miles away. What is a good antenna to use for this? Thanks.

They claimed that they have a funeral for the word, yet the word is still used I wan't everyone's insight because as a whole to help make the world a better place it's everyone's problem! People don't know how that word was originated and yet people use it everyday. As an African American I believe it's a disgrace to anyone who uses that word.

It's problematic in that there must have been a point in time when man's predecessors were as much like animals as they were like men. Perhaps God looks out for the Chimpanzees too. Of course if you reject Darwinism then there is no problem beyond the abandonment of objective and rational thinking. Perhaps man created God when he evolved the mental capacity to do so. That seems possible to me but it doesn't strike me as an idea that might be very popular with the Vatican.

My son has been a fussy eater since 2 months of age. Today as i was going through his 100-peice bottle collection, i noticed the brown nipple that i havent yet tried. Somehow i missed it, i guess.. It fit our Ventair Wide and Drop-ins by Playtex. My son took it very well. But when i looked up the latex nipples, i found an article about it causing babies allergy.. So now i'm apprehensive about using it again..


Also, is playtex, gerber and evenflo only companies make these type of nipples.. Why? Dr.browns, avent seem to only produce silicone..

so anyone have good experience with these nipples, or should i keep looking for something of silicone?

When you are so behind on a home loan you dont want to file for bankruptsy and you are on the berge of getting a pay check how can you negotiate with the bank who do you talk to in order to get a few weeks to work out the problem and you are behind 3 months??? is there a way out when your credit cards are max out and you have no resources?

Ive been coming to Y!A for about a week and during that time a lot of misconceptions have been challenged. But I think those that have had the greatest effect on me have been the atheists. I have come to appreciate the power of reason over faith much more. Ive been reading the book 'The End of Faith' and man has it changed how I think. Since adjusting my beliefs to better suit reason I find myself appreciating the little things in life (things that the application of reason have given us) and being a little kinder to people. These are things that I was never able to acheive by putting faith in a God. Just wanted to say that you do have a place on this forum and it does benefit some people.

I mean how did they get that name. My dad told me because there once was a new breed of dog found and no one knew what to call it until one day their owner came home from work and it had gone poopies all over the place and he said "Man it is like a Shi't Zoo in here? My mother has a long history of addiction from alcohol to pain meds..(not drugs as in crack or heroin ect.) she was stepped on by her hourse when she was 13 & now she is 47 and has had over 10 surgaries on her lower back she has a cage in her lower back, she broke her discs & are now replaced. she was abusing medication and alcohol for most of my life (21years)she has been dry for 3 years and I am very proud of her, The reason she had to have so many back surgaries is cuz about 2 years ago took to many meds & started going crazy, she called me on the phone & told me someone was chasing her and that she was going to jump off her two story balconey..which she did...she didnt get a surgary for 6 months due to no medical insurance ..she had 10 back surgaries over the course of 9 months. Its been allmost 6 months since her last surgary and she still is in Pain& now is on Nuerotin & vicodin & probaly about 3 other medication luckaliy she got off oxycottin. How can I help my mom?
