That vegetarians/vegans are allowed to have slogans like "meat is murder" and to pretty much harass the living crap out of anyone who eats meat, but everyone is required to provide "vegetarian alternatives" and reprimanded for touting the vegetarian lifestyle?

I'm not trying to insult anyone here. Most of you guys are pretty cool, I'd just like your thoughts on this, and to amuse myself with the tons of not so good answers I'm sure I'll get :)

Does it sound weird to just wanna live alone maybe with two dogs a Doberman and a Black Lab I dont want kids or marriage or any of that, just a dog or two. I am 18 and I already know I dont want any of that, so dont make a big thing about I am to young to decide. Also dont worry I wont accidently have kids I am antisexual

I told an older friend of mine that I was going to shave my head. My hair is naturally curly and during the summer gets very hot. He told me if I shaved it, it wouldn't grow back as curly as before. I think it might be just an old wives tale, but I need to be sure if it will/won't happen.

What is that thing that I've heard mentioned that clicks where you just say, this on my plate and this is the meal that I'll be having for the rest of my life? Or is that one some myth? Ok I am in a worksheet and I want to track inventory. So say one page is the inventory and the other page is the purchase quantity. What I want is to make the inventory quantity cell change as I change the purchase quantity. So that as we send out items, our inventory is automatically adjusted. What would the formula be, and is it possible? Can I make a cell work on a different page within a single workbook? As you can see I am not well trained in excel, so please try to keep answers in laymen's terms - yet explain so that I know what I am doing, and will be able to develop similar formulas in the future...thanks.

3 day weekend, to a wedding, we're not in it, so not too involved, but need a book for the plane. And dont want one a learning one about kids or babies, or some horrible story where a kid gets abducted, abused, medical problem, etc, and my wandering thru Barnes and Noble, seemed to be all those. Something "light" both intellectually and to carry. Typically in the past like the Oprah book club type ones, Candace Bushnell. Posting here cause I want moms' advice, as I havent had a chance to read a good fiction book in a long time.

It dosn't seem to create a tight enough seal. I decided to express by hand but I can't seem to get that going good either. When I try some of it squirts out but most of it just trickles down my breast in turn missing the bottle. Does anyone have any helpful hints for expressing my milk? I don't want to put my daughter on formula yet and I am leaving her for about 5 hours tomorrow for the first time. She is 5 weeks and I don't want to introduce formula unless absolutely necessary. Any help would be appreciated.

here is the dealio, my boyfriend and i broke up on the 4th of july but i can't get over him. at night i can't sleep because i'm too busy thinking about him. the best thing about him is that my parents were about as in love with him as i STILL am. we went to a carnival together and my friends (who are also his friends) oohed and awed over the cute couple that we made and that, apparently, was just too much for him because the next day when i called he told me he couldn't date me anymore. he said that the pressure everyone was putting on him to be with me was just to much... he told me it wasn't me it was my friends.
he said he WANTED to be with me but he just couldn't...
i want him back i miss his company. should i ask him to a movie?

please no stupid or rude answers i'm really hurting

I have been playing soccer for nearly 10 years now, and I have became worn out on the sport and no longer wish to play soccer for my high school. After telling my father that I no longer wished to continue playing soccer and he then threatens me by saying that he will no longer do anything with me and my friends and that i would have to start doing a certain number of chores everyday. Do you have any ideas about what i could say to my father to help him understand that I no longer wish to play soccer for my high school. I am playing on another team, and that still seems to be not enough for him. What are your opinions, thoughts, and suggestions?

Does anyone have any experience with high blood pressure in babies? If so, what are some warning signs that it's not being properly controlled. She gets her blood pressure taken once a month, but is that enough to know if the medication is being effective all the time?

That's really one of the many reasons I stopped going to church & ended up opting out of religion altogether.

Ever notice when you first go one of these so called churches the people are so nice, warm & welcoming, & giving you their phone #'s etc? Then after a few weeks it's like they don't even know you anymore.

Sorry if offended anyone but from most of my experiences this Christianity is nothing but hypocrisy & a money making scam!!!
