The 2.33ghz Core 2 Duo (T7600) processor sells for about $500 more retail than the lowest clock speed Core 2 Duo processor (I believe 1.66ghz).

My question is, does it even cost the manufacturer $5 more dollars to make a 2.33ghz than a 1.66ghz processor?

If a GOP candidate sought votes from a white group calling itself the "National Council of the Race," he'd rightly be shunned as a racist. But let Democrats do the same and they're called "progressive." The difference, of course, is that in the latter case both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were appearing before the National Council of La Raza ("The Race"), a radical Latino group. Trolling for votes, Obama pandered to La Raza's convention in Miami over the weekend, selling himself as one who marched alongside Latinos at last May 1's illegal immigrant amnesty rallies. Clinton, by contrast, insisted she was "at home" among the La Raza crowd, having hired a top La Raza official, Raul Yzaguirre, as her national co-chair. . . .

The irony is that La Raza is no ordinary organization. . . The organization has been around since the 1960s, with many name changes. . . La Raza is not only the loudest proponent of illegal immigration in the U.S. It fosters ethnic separatism in schools. It runs Hugo Chavez-type handouts for indigents and has ties it refuses to renounce to fringe groups like MEChA, whose own slogan is derived from the rhetoric of Cuban dictator Fidel Castro: "Through the race, everything; outside the race, nothing." Today's La Raza is a $52 million not-for-profit group that lives off congressional earmarks, shakes down big corporations like WalMart and Bank of America . . . for financial support, and has made illegal immigration and ethnic separatism its leading agenda. . . . What matters to La Raza is amnesty for illegals, if not through the Senate, then through the 1960s tactic of silencing opponents by smearing them as racist.

. . . Obama stood out as the most willing race-baiter, his Chicago activist experience coming in handy. He denounced immigration bill foes as "both ugly and racist in a way we haven't seen since the struggle for civil rights." It's pure charlatan logic. The illegal immigration issue is about whether to reward foreign invaders who've broken the law, just because there are 13 million of them. Obama should know that there are also 300 million other Americans of every skin color and ethnicity -- including Latinos -- who oppose amnesty and resent efforts to intimidate them through charges of racism. Americans have already shown they won't be intimidated. They believe in the rule of law .

Hi. I'm working as a janitor for the summer and am organizing a bar crawl for other student janitors as well. (basically we are going to go around to a bunch of local bars and get trashed) Any ways we are trying to come up with a drink or shot to do at each bar. We would like to have drinks that have names that kinda go with the janitor theme. For instance, "Dirty Martini" because of the word dirty. Any names that are even remotely related to something janitorial would be apprieciated.

This guy & I had a casual type relationship for over a year before he had to move back to his home town for a job. We haven't really kept in touch that often since he's left, but I still have feelings for him & I think he still does for me too. The last time I talked to him (a few months ago) he had a gf. Well..I hadn't contacted him since then & just last Friday, he called me that night to talk to me. I was out drinking w/friends, & it sounded like he was too, I told him that I missed him, & after we talked he said "what you want me to marry you?" since we were talking like we liked each other again. Then he told me that he was looking at positions here where I live, so that got me excited. I asked him about his gf & said he broke up w/her because she wasn't as "cool" as me. He asked me if I wanted to go to a cubs game w/him & his friend that Saturday (he played for the cubs) so I said yes, he gave me a wake up call so I could start driving, but I said I couldn't & he understood.

Two prostitutes were riding around town with a sign on top of their car which
said: "TWO PROSTITUTES -- $50.00."

A policeman, seeing the sign, stopped them and told them they'd either have to
remove the sign or go to jail.

Just at that time, another car passed with a sign saying, "JESUS SAVES."

One of the girls asked the cop, "How come you don't stop them?!"

"Well, that's a little different," the cop smiled. "Their sign pertains to
religion."

So the two ladies of the night frowned as they took their sign
down and drove off.

The following day found the same cop in the area when he noticed the two
ladies driving around with a large sign on their car again. Figuring he had an
easy arrest, he began to catch up with them when he noticed the new sign which
now read:

"TWO ANGELS SEEKING PETER -- $50.00."

Many people suggested going to a pastor for marriage counselling, but my husband and I are Catholic....the Catholic Church has priests , not pastors and ministers, do priests provide that service? My husband and I grew up as Catholics, and I went to Catholic school when I was little, but to be honest we don't go very often. Also the Catholic Church is so different from other churches. it just seems colder and not as involved with the parishioners. Should I try another Church?

My friend and were talking about how Christians have divided over time and have never looked beyond what makes us different from what we believe. He wants to create a group called Faith in Action, which brings Christians together on the very foundation of what Christ asked of us, which was to follow his move in that we must help one another through acts of goodwill in that we put our hard work into something without asking anything in return. A major focus is to eliminate the barriers that divide Christians and the very concept of denominations in order to focus only on why we are Christians in the first place. This group would place focus on a life AGAINST materialism and luxury in favor of how the resources we gain can be used to help others, as well how to help us identify who we are as Christians who live by the teachings of Jesus. This would not be easy and as one who has issues with modern-day Christians, I want to know how one could make a change in how we see ourselves.

It is already past July 22 and the price of the E6750 isn't the price it is expected to be at $183. Instead, the lowest price, I've seen is about $210. What gives? Is the price ever going to be the expected $183 rumored to be?
