its 6 pounds in two weeks and for 5 weeks about 20 but you would have to exersise like running/swimming anything healthy but you have to follow it but id you do all this exersising youll lose about 22. just follow it youll bbe happy w/ ur results

Special K is garbage it is no more healthier than the rest of the highly processed cereals out there. the ONLY people that claim Special K is healthy are the manufactures of it. follow the same diet but use whole oatmeal. the list of ingredients of a food items tells you how healthy it is. the shorter the list of ingredients the more healthy a food item is, it's that simple...

That all depends on what other things you eat during the day, and how much exercise you actually get. If you stick to it and exercise for 30 minutes everyday, then you should loose up to 10 pounds, safely.
