I found out a few months ago that my ex-wife has my daughter on health insurance thru the state of Ohio. Also my child and her 2 other kids thru her current marriage are getting free/reduced lunches and she is getting food stamps. She also took me back to pay more child support (about $400 a month) so she can stop working full time to work part time causing her to make minimum wage. She stated to the CSA that she wanted to spend more time with the kids. She received over $100,000 (after taxes) when her mother passed away. I spoke when various lawyers and they have told me that an inheiritance does not count toward income, so why is she able to get all the government assistance? I pay 85% of the support for my child but is unable to claim her on my taxes every other year because she won't agree to it. I feel like the CSA is putting me thru the ringer because she is on government assistance while she gets over on everybody else. I'm sure if I got alot of money, CSA would be all over me.

I left my boyfriend and kicked him out of our apartment. In the process of getting him off the lease we had, he is taking mail that belongs to me like my blockbuster movies and not giving them back. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do about this? I want to feel safe in my apartment and be able to use the mail box without the feeling of him stalking it and me. He also just recently came and took a trash can that I had out after he had moved all of his things out.

MLB has only the commissioner Bud Selig whose had owned Milwaukee Brewers. Bug brought the team from Seattle as bring back to Milwaukee to change the Pilots to Brewers. He was the fan of Braves in Milwaukee during his life before Braves moved to Atlanta. He owned that team until he became the commissioner in 1992. In 2005, he sold the Brewers to the Brown alumni. His daughter had the fails to own the Brewers as most fans are booed at her as their owner.

During the past decade issues of mistrust have been raised over and over again against the government that we fund and trust to protect us. With so many checks and balances in the governmental system we are taught and conditioned to beleive what we hear be it from the media (CNN, Fox News) or from the White House itself.
But recently there have become more skeptics, which begs me to ask, Is it easier to dissent or agree with the government?

well u see i m with my bf for 2 yrs 4mths +. recently my bf gets moody and angry with me very fast. its just not like him! he keeps saying because he is tired as he works and stuffs. i do understand. but sometimes i call him and he sounds like irritated. so i try not to call him so often so that he can do his own stuffs. but with his friends he looks okay unoe. not being quiet or anything. ystday i rubbed his thing alot and kissed and he enjoyed it. while doing these kinda things he is okay. but he doesnt cuddle me once in a while like how he used to. he is not cheating on me or anything. i know. so pls do not tell me he loves another girl or he loves me for my body. i would like to know, what can i do to improve my relationship? is there anything i can do to make him feel less tired or is there anything i shouldnt do, because it will make him feel annoyed. i m studying right now but i do find time for him. i wrote him letters and it has been 4 days and he didnt read em yet

I'm looking to buy a scooter until I can get a good job to pay for a car and insurance (a couple years), and I'd like to know if there's a scooter that is best-designed for a climate like Chicago, especially in the winter. I don't plan on using the scooter other than for school or work, which are both a 5 minute drive from my home, so driving in cold weather isn't too much of a problem for me (I can dress warm). My problem would be driving the scooter while it's raining or snowing, or while there's slush or water on the asphalt, and therefore my question is: is there a scooter you would consider more "off-road" than others in that it is more capable of slippery environments? Or perhaps possible upgrades for scooters to make them more stable (ex. do they make tires with better traction or weather tires for scooters)? And what companies make three-wheeled scooters (which I would guess to have better traction)? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

My baby boy, who is 1 1/2 years olds, has been acting bad lately. He understands the word 'stop' and 'no', and would obey in the past. Lately, when I tell him these words, he rebels and does what I don't want him to do. My mother says he is too young for spankings or poppings on the hand, but I am so frustrated that I don't know how to discipline him! We can't even take him to restaurants anymore because he yells and squirms everywhere. How can we handle this? What forms of discipline should I consider and is it normal for a baby this age to act like this?
