For example, If I made a toilet paper with the likeness of Michael Moore, Alec Baldwin, Susan Surandon. Would that be protected speech?

Would work the same way if Someone made a Rush Limbaugh toiliet paper I suppose. ( There no hatemonger answers please.)

1st Amendment protections.

Satire is one of the areas recognized by the Supreme Court as falling within the fair use doctrine of the 1st Amendment.

It does not protect against defamation, but it does protect parody and satire.

Yes. It doesn't have to be "speech" in the literal sense to be protected. It's the fact that you have a message that you're conveying. That's why burning the flag is also protected speech, by the way, even though some ignoramuses whine that it's not really "speech" because you're not actually speaking.

Yes it would. Satire is protected by the first amendment to the constitution, and has been upheld numerous times by the courts. Knock yourself out.

Yeah, the Supreme Court ruled that "obvious parodies" are protected speech.
