I have sold and purchased several things on ebay and have always been very fortunate with everyone I have dealt with. Recently two items I sold were paid for quickly and I left possitive feedback and always post items the day they sell or the following morning so received items in good time. When I did not get feedback I emailed to check all was ok.

One person has acknowledged receipt of the item and indicated they are pleased with it via e-mail explaining they had been away, yet still she has not left any feedback!?

The other person has not responded atall.

Neither seem to regularly use ebay but both have left feedback for people in the past.

Its frustrating when people just dont bother - has anyone else had this problem? Maybe I should wait until I get feedback before leaving it for others but I'm happy to let people know I acknowledge and appreciate their efforts.

came out yesterday....The interim report showed limited progress by the Iraqi government in meeting goals for political reconciliation such as passing a law to share oil revenues.

Premium gas or regular unleaded? Is one really better than the other? Is it worth it to spend a few more $$? Also the same question applies for conventional oil vs.synthetic?

bordeline personality disorder, and im full of bitterness rage and anger and resentment.....will people now see me as a lost cause, see me as a write off, a person to feel sorry for, and theyll reject me?
is this the reaction i should start to predict and expect from people and society as a whole, because they dont understand? and there minds will only be able to comprehend so much, and theyll instinctively distance themselves from a person like me?
im 30 now

(i hope you can read every word of this question, take it in, and understand 'thoroughly' what im saying)

Instead of just dealing with it and getting on with life, they say things like "Oh my back is killing me" or "I have a terrible headache." You know the sort, you dare not say to them "Hello, how are you" because all you will get is a case history of all their trouble and pains. Often you know full well that you may be in even more pain than them but you keep it to your self. Pain is an unwanted state of mind. I find that if I acknowledge it to myself or other people it just hurts more because I concentrate on it instead of putting it out of my mind. Sorry to waffle, but what about you guys? Regards David t.

My cousin is moving out of state in a few weeks and the only day she can get together is on the 22nd. We are throwing her a "Going Away" party. However, this day also happens to be my other cousin's birthday (and the host's daughter). She isn't actually celebrating her birthday during the party - it is more of a "Going Away" party; however, we don't want her to feel left out. Is it possible to celebrate both parties at once? How would we handle the decor? Half Birthday, half Bon Voyage? Or we could do a Luau maybe? I am confused. We just aren't sure how to do both so no one gets their feelings hurt. They are both in their early twenties. How can we have one party for two celebrations?

Before running for office, and after a failed coup, Hitler wrote "Mein Kampf" wherein he spelled out every policy he was subsequently to enact when he became chancellor.

No one in Germany can say they didn't know what he was, except through deliberate ignorance.

95% of Germany's population was christian.

A sizable chunk of the remaining population was Jewish.

According to today's interpetations of the bible, there is no basis for any christian to support Hitler's policies. Indeed, there are compelling arguments for opposing him.

Yet christians not only elected him, but supported him through all that he did till the very end.

Most were either Nazis or Nazi collaborators.

If so many christians could ignore scripture to support the likes of Hitler, why should we believe it cannot happen again?

Why should we believe the devotion of christians to christianity is any better today than the devotion of those christians who served Hitler?

"Experience" seems to be the reason theists are unwilling to consider the possibility of God's non-existence.

I've heard people claim they've experienced God or they've felt God's presense, but I'm not sure what they mean.

Are they/you speaking about unexplanable feelings? events? visions?
