i am off there for a holiday later in the year and was thinking of picking a basic family computer up there if it works out cheaper. Does anybody know?

America is the melting pot for people who hated being taxed penniless in their home countries and fled to live here.

They get here and devote their heart to the democrat party where they welcome increased taxes to help those less fortunate while never truly finding freedom.

The less fortunate ones... Welfare cases, less educated people, jobless, diabolical criminals, prostitutes, drug users and dealers, union workers and educators all beg for legalizing whatever vice they prefer, then while continually voting for liberals attesting they can legalize the said vices - it never happens.

Why do blue-staters (liberals) never catch on to that?

im 23 and he's 25. my neighbor or more than 10 years has shown interest in me on and off for 3 years. He started by paying extra attention to me and trying to get my attention. Once, after work, he saw me and we talked. He asked that i join him for dinner and the he was paying. i refused and he insisted and i refused again and he let it go. After that we would see each other occasionally and say 2 or 3 word to each other and keep it moving. I realized that this is stupid and approached him and he completely ignored me, i couldn't buy his attention. after we simply had a hi and bye relationship. for another year before he asked me out again. i turned him down because it was dancing, im not a dancer. after that he was a little resentful. after that the pattern would continue that way. he would pay extra attention to me at a bad time and than when i see him another time he will completely ignore me. Keep in mind i've never had a boyfriend and i'm don't know how dating works.

I got my first computer when I was eleven and new computers with even windows xp were coming out. It was a old compaq with windows 95 so I couldn't go much further in the internet with it and it was slow as hell. HA HA HA. Thinking about it makes me laugh!

My son bought a nice wrought iron wine rack with a beautiful marble top recently - a small 3/4" chip on the edge occurred as it was moved from the wedding site to home - is there something we can buy/mix or try to cover/fill/blend in so it isn't so noticable? So last night, we are asleep. At 3 am, someone bangs on the door. I look out the window, and there is a police officer (in uniform) on my law with a flashlight. He sees me look out the window and flashes his light up at me. So my dogs are freaking out and I yell at my husband to get up. I look out the window again, and I dont see a cop car, just a pickup truck in front of our house with its lights on.
So my husband goes down. The cop tells him that he stopped because our garage door was open. Thats it, thats the only reason. At 3am!
We live in a small town suburb, its very low crime. No one locks their doors or anything. We have left our garage door up accidently several times.
So can cops do this? Just come on your property in the middle of the night for an open door?
