What's wrong is that you are not taking that dog directly to the nearest vet.

did you make it run for a long time and did not give it water? or is it really hot outside are you left your dog out there with not shade and water? Might as well bring your dog to the vet right away it might be having heat stroke.

Your dog might have eaten a chicken bone and it might be stuck in its troat.if so take your dog to the emergency vetinarian asap. Or it has a heat stroke hose it down and take to the vet
