I got married 6 years ago, my best friend was my Matron of Honor, and it's always been agreed I would be hers. Now, her wedding is in 8 months, and her Mom is trying to pressure her into having her cousin (who she's never been close to) instead of me. I have 2 sisters who were bridesmaids for me, but my friend was my matron on honor, they were fine with it. Her mom has now asked me to 'step down' so that 'family can be in their rightful place'! I'm angry, but I don't want my best friend getting upset over her wedding. What should I do?

i have dark circles under my eyes but i know its not from a lack of sleep and i have these lines that go from the sides of my nose to about half way out to my eyes. is there anyway to get rid of them/ make them less noticable?

Im currently an E-5 Army Infantry and have been deployed a few times. I just married my girlfriend and want to settle down and start a family. Is it hard to get a transfer to a reserve or National Guard unit? I mean right now, reserves and NG are basically active duty anyways right?
