I have a Gemagic problem, It keeps putting holes in the clothing where I attach the stones.?

Anyone know if it is something I am doing wrong or if it is just a defect of the machine?

Bad news, it seems to be just a horrible machine. Plus if you ordered by credit card, they will keep taking money for months. .
