what will be the results of both when the other plant is exposed in light and the othrt one isn't?

It's just a matter of photosynthesis. Is this your homework that you don't understand? I'll give you the answers, but I hope you read the explanation, too. Then you'll know what you're talking about and maybe know it for the test.

The sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is added to water to make sure there is plenty of carbon dioxide in the water. You know that photosynthesis needs to have carbon dioxide and water and light. The products are oxygen and glucose.

Your experiment has two groups. The test tubes and plants placed in the light will carry on photosynthesis because they have all three needs met: carbon dioxide, water, and light.

The test tubes and plants placed in the dark will not carry on photosynthesis because they only have two of the three needs met: just the carbon dioxide and water. The light is the energy for photosynthesis.

You may be able to see evidence of photosynthesis occurring in the light - watch for little bubbles of oxygen coming from the plant. The plants in the dark will not produce these little bubbles.
