Yesterday a cat was meowing loudly (sounded a bit like a racing car) outside my office window. We let her in and she wandered about the office looking for something. She wasn't interested in eating. Someone wondered if her kittens had been taken away from her and she was trying to find them. Could he be right?

when we are in bars, coffee shops etc she stares at the most attractive man she can find - sometimes smiles at them too. I dont want to be a control freak but her reasoning is that she is trying to be aware of what is going on around her in order to protect me from any volatile situations and i cannot help thinking that she is taking the p*ss. This has caused friction between us butr she says i must trust her and that she loves me. Am I not to be bothered by all of this?

Jim Hunter said on Thursday at Daytona International Speedway that suspended crew chiefs should stay away from the racetrack, or risk further sanctions. Hunter said the edict was not put down in writing, but "was understood."
Do you agree with this "unwritten rule"?

My finace and I are on very low calorie diets so chicken breast is obviously a dinner time staple.

I usually marinade in FF Italian, a little hot sauce or worstichire sauce when grilling - or cook in a little white or red wine indoors. Another fav. of his is baked w/ a little breading stuffed with 'cheese' and turkey-ham (shhh.. he doesn't know it's fat free cheese).

But we're bored!!!

What's your favorite way to make light chicken (or turkey, let's get crazy!)

My bank's debit and credit cards charge 3% of the transaction. Do ATM withdrawals in Canada avoid conversion fees? How do I avoid fees without carrying a lot of cash?

there is a rare alergy that some people have to red tattoo ink known as the "red reaction". it is my understanding that the red pigment is made from a kind of crustation. i have always wondered if there was a connection between the two. as a tattoo artist i run into this so rarely and i just recently had this idea. has anyone here had the "red reaction"?

Should it be singular or plural? For example The Philippines "is" vs the Philippines "are". It seems to me that it should be "is" because even though it refers to a group of Islands, it's still one Republic. But "is" sounds funny to me for some reason so I want to make sure.

Im thinking of installing Zone Alarm because pop-ups let you know what pograms are trying to access the net and let you decide. But im told its a Firewall and Windows already has one switched on as default. Do they run together or is Windows Firewall best turned off.

1. The British are the most decent, well informed people on the planet.

2. The poll below, taken by the HIGHLY respected YouGov and in conjunction with SKY NEWS, shows 20% of the pop. would SERIOUSLY consider voting BNP and the majority want all immigration halted.
http://yougov.com/archives/pdf/omi060101069_1.pdf

Ergo, the BNP should be given more respect (and all immigration should be halted)

I have been seeing this guy for a month and a half. Things have been very complicated and based on circumstances we will probably never end up together anyways. We have decided to be friends w/benefits seeing each other about once a week with the option to see other people if the interest comes up. Has anyone done this and had it work? I am concerened about emotional implications but I do care about him so much and do not want to lose him. He is the one with all the complications, no drivers license, two kids, divorced, etc. I have been driving to see him so I pretty much have control over this thing, does anyone have an opinion or done the friends w/benefits thing and what were the final results or is it still going on? Thanks so much!!

My husband and I have been together for 9 years. We have children together. For the past few years we have had major problems. We have gone to only one session of counseling and I felt it really helped and wanted to continue. This was months ago and everytime I ask him when are we going back he simple says, "he's not the soul bearing type of person. He does not like people asking him questions repeatedly. Then he says, he does not feel it is that serious, we have other things going on in our lives". My thing is, if he feels like this, then he is not serious about working out our problems. We have tried it our way: just talking it out, but it results in bigger fights. I really don't know where else to turn or what else to do. I am even at the point to where I don't feel love for him anymore. I don't think I can give what I am not getting. Am I wrong? What is there left to do?

I ask this because I am a clear thinking individual. My clear eyes see blind, unbending support for a President that is universally seen as the worst thing to have happened to America and the world......I know this, even though I don't live in America...you see, I hate Bush, I hate Israel, I hate Christians. These people are not clear thinking like me. Most clear thinking people should see through all their rhetoric and be true pessimists, like me.

Do these people know something we don't? How could they? We are clear thinkers, they don't think at all, at least the way we think...right?
