open toe pumps are the sexiest with pants, because youre covering your entire leg, so showing just a peek of skin is alluring. closed toe pumps are sexiest with shorts/skirts/dresses because you are showing a lot of leg, so covering up your feet sort've gives off a mysterious vibe. flip flops arent very "sexy"...i mean, theyre definitely cute and comfortable, but if you're really going for feminine and sexy, then they should at least have some sort of heel.
