Is there any adjustment on the wipers on my 2002 Civic? They slap the bottom of the windshield one minute. Then the left one is slapping the left side of the windshield. In rare moments they go from inside the bottom of the glass to the side frame, but this doesn't usually last very long. They are the most erratic thing I have ever seen on any car. Admittedly this is the weakest link on the entire car. It is great-gets 34 mpg going to work. Thankfully this is only annoying when it rains.

As Americans you should always root for you're fellow American, when Vania King, Chandra Rueben, Laura Granville, Mardy Fish, Ginepri, Meghan Shaughnessy,Jill Craybas, Lindsey Davenport, Meilen Tu, and other rising tennis stars perform in the top 10, then the media will talk loud about them too. So, what if Serena braggs, if you don't toot your own horn no one else will, your remarks proves this. I want who ever is representing the U.S. to win, so go Roddick the last American man standing that has a chance.

I have a friend who received several felonies for theft (larceny) in North Carolina. He got a good lawyer, but I was curious, what is the usual punishment for a case like this?

Will he go to jail? Be put on probation?

Are you allowed to live in another state while on probation?

I'm sorry, but I know nothing about things like this. Someone help!

my best friend got rejected by a guy nearly a year & a half back. but she refuses to come out of that, due to which her studies also suffer. she still keeps contact with dat guy, i have tried making her see sense without success. but she had pulled me into this & because of her i had to suffer a lot. recently i gave her a guy's number who is a frnd of mine, within 5 days she they fell apart due to her fault. but again she keeps calling me at odd hours & pesters me with her problems. she never wants to listen to my problems or what i have to say to her instead its always about her & her problems. she has kinda become very desperate. my other frnds tell me not to mix with her anymore, but because we've ben frnds for a long time its hard to break off with her! what should i do?

It's been approximately three months since I purchased a Dodge Ram 2500-2007, of course I got it financed thru but now I am thinking about trading it in for a 2007- Infiniti FX35 or 45....Is it too soon? I know how the step up or down transformer works or even a voltage divider. Would one us the same kind of transformer to combine a voltage from for example a alternative fuel generator and a wind mill to achieve suitable household voltage. possibly the ability to wire utility company source voltage so that it is the last resort for use when operating several energy generating sources? (note I am not trying this at home!)

so i got a speeding ticket, the officer who gave me the ticket did not get a speeding ticket, now we all know that all men are created equal and nobody is above the law.

but by him not receiving a ticket that violates the constitution where it states equal protection of the laws due to this fact wouldn't this mean that the ticket i recieved is void? (i was doing 89 in a 70 zone so he had to be speeding to catch up to me)

I was supposed to enter a report and explain the results of this months work to my boss. I did so a week before the end of the month. Now the report has been sent out to all the managers and VP'S all around the world and the slot where my number is entered is zero.

I had informed my boss that I had already got a 1 for this month. Now my CEO is in town and he does think highly of me. Do I email him and tell him of this situation or let them make their own assumptions? I know my boss has done this on purpose. He knows this report can make me look stupid. Tell me what can I do...

I just got home from vacation. My car has been sitting for 16 days to be exact and I left very LOW gas in it before I left (I thought this would help in case someone tried to steal it while I was gone..). And now my car won't start up. Could this be due to having no gas?? It was working just fine before I left.
