In regards to whether or not Adam and Eve had a sexual relationship before Genesis, it depends on how you look at it. Genesis was written many years after creation and yes, they had had a sexual relationship by then. In the book of Genesis, we learn that Adam was created first. God saw that Adam was without a female mate upon observing all his other creations were one male and one female mates. He knew that it was not good for Adam to be without female companion.
God had married them and told them to be fruitful and multiply.

Sad as it may be, the majority of those will probably be other Christians. In regard to your question, Jesus died in his physical form. Remember, he was literally ripped to shreds physically. Of course he physically died. His spirit, however, lived. And after 3 days, his spirit returned to his physical body.
