ok 2 start off, im in 7th grade. and my brother is in highschool. a few days ago, he found out i had a bf! i freaked at first cuz i thought he would tell on me. but he promised not 2 tell. then, yesterday, wen i got back from da park with my friend, my dad turned da tv off, and started yelling at me like crazy!! MY BROTHER HAD TOLD ON ME!! how boguz is that!!i got in SOOO much trouble! im grounded pretty much 4 the rest of da summer! and im stuck inside doin chores! my brother just laughed at me! i cant have friends over either. what should i do? i swear on everything im not talking 2 my bro ever again! ( plz if u have nothing helpful 2 say dnt say anything at all.)

I am a woman and I want to build more muscle, I am not looking to get ripped or even toned really, I just want more muscle b/c I read as you age its better to have muscle. I think I have less muscle b/c of starvation, and I want to undo whats been done. What is a way that I can build muscle w/o a gym?

Me and my fiance have no clue where to honeymoon at. We dont want to be gone very long, because we have two children at home. But we do want to take a trip for a little more than a weekend.

We live in East Texas. We dont want to spend most of our time traveling. Any where we go will be by vehicle. We love the beach, sports, camping, just about anything.

Do you know of any good places to go for a small getaway?
Some place with a romanitc atmosphere?
But also something that we wont spend an arm and a leg paying for.

This Wednesday I called my bank's Credit Card department and asked if I made a transfer from my CC to my Checking (also with them) would there be any fee to do so. Their phone rep. said, "There'll be NO FEES as long as you do it on-line." I asked her TWICE, just to be sure, becuz I am TotallyDisabled and cannot afford any huge transfer fees !!! Well, while doing some on-line banking today I saw a huge FEE of $140.00 attached to my CC (M/C) as a FEE for that transfer !!! Being terribly upset, I phoned them & was told, "We do have fees & they can't be waived!" Well, I don't want it waived, I WANT IT REMOVED, as I was told by THEIR REP. that THERE'D BE "NO FEE" ! I asked to speak to a supervisor & was told that she'd get me 1,"but she won't waive the fee either"!!! I was then told they were too busy & I'd get a "call back w/i 24 hrs.So, I sent them an on-line written message informing them of the problem & pleading 4 them to DO THE RIGHT THING! WHAT ELSE CAN I DO if this fails? HELP

I have been with my fiance for 4yrs. We have had our up and downs. We have had verbal fights as well as physical. He doesnt trust me going out with my friends or making new ones. I have lied about certain things in my past but the past is the past. The way I feel about him today isn't the same person I fell in love with 4yrs ago. Recently he took a job out of state and wants me to move with him. I have a good paying job and family here. I would be giving all that up. To move somewhere that I will not beable to find a job that pays as much. I also have met a guy that is so nice(no we havent done anything) and have had dinner a couple times as friends only. The thing is he is all I think about even when I close my eyes but he wasn't the settling down type. So I decided to go ahead and move in a month but now I am unsure. I need some advice

My husband and I are about to start our journey of getting out of debt. I want to lay our situation out and see if I can get some advice on our best options for getting out of debt. First of all we do not have any major debt such as mortgage,etc...just alot of self inflicted debt. We currently have one vehicle that we pay monthly and we owe about 1 year or so on it. We have four "bad credit" credit cards that we pay only the minimum on with balances totaling under $1000. We have several charge off's and collections between us two on our credit also. Nothing more than a couple of thousand if that. Now it seems easy to just split it all up and pay monthly but we are barely making ends meet paying our everyday bills (gro,utility,etc) We live on a budget and still have it hard. We have 2 children (2 and newborn) that we want to provide a decent life for. We would like to take a large loan and pay off everything and pay one lump sum, but how with bad credit? Help? Please shed some light...
