I am a woman and I want to build more muscle, I am not looking to get ripped or even toned really, I just want more muscle b/c I read as you age its better to have muscle. I think I have less muscle b/c of starvation, and I want to undo whats been done. What is a way that I can build muscle w/o a gym?

you could do about 200 jumping jacks 2-3 times a day do sit-ups,or leglifts...most people think these things make u lose weight but there wrong they make u gain muscle instead :) ..good luck

im a guy and i work out im ripped bad im only 13 turning 14 but if you want muscle dont starve urself because that wont get you any muscle just buy waits and do about 5 pounds on each hand then do some pushups do all this 4 times a week for 3 weeks

Start using protein drinks. And get a set of weights, including some that you can wrap around your ankles and wrists. There are a number of great exercise programs out there: Search until you find one that suits you.

eat enough protein for your body weight, and do a variety of exercises
