The earth is flat!! The sun orbits around teh earth!! Dinosaurs did not, I repeat did not exist!! Homosexuality is a sickness, thus curable!! No animals other than humans exhibit homosexual behaviour!! (well some look at each other but they don't have sex).

I have actually read some of these statements on YA this morning. What is wrong with these people??!? Why can't they just accept that all people are not the same (thank God!)?
What is it they are so afraid of? There's actually one idiot on here who stated, as if he was an expert that men become gay because they were raised in homes with no father and grew too close to Mom.

Sorry, I'm gonna take some aspirin and calm down now. I won't let the flat earthers get to me today.

According to this site, abortions in general have decreased significantly BUT the ages at which the average girl getting an abortion is is much lower... in one state it jumps from the average age of 28 in 1988 to age 14 in 1996. Other states jumped from 25 & 26 to 16. What in the world is going on? Are parents of a new opinion "we don't have to tell our girl about protection, we'll just get her an abortion"?

Hi,

I am about to create a non-profit organization for historical research. This organization will work on the web, through a website and will have several members, researchers who share information with each other. The sole aim of the organization is to promote the research. There is no money involved whatsoever. Before putting up the website of the organization do I need to consider any legal aspects? In other words, have I to go through any paperwork to fill or let the Government know (through some kind of paperwork...) what I am about to do, or I am free to do this since there is no money being involved? I am wondering how Indian communities react to children who have one Indian parent and a parent of another race/culture. I am curiouse because my sister is having a child with her Indian bf/fiance and I am wondering how the Indian community will relate to this child. We live in the US and I think most Americans won't really react to this too much because are starting to get more accustomed to Biracial people (we are Multiracial ourselves - Black/White/Native American); however I am not sure what the perspective of the Indian community is, abroad, or here in the US, is on this subject. I know a few other Indian guys who date interracially, for example one guy is dating a Mexican girl, and I have dated a couple of Indian buys mysef; most of the younger people seem to think it is okay and people just have to get used to it. I am just curious for any feedback and perspectives you might have. Do you think there are any cross-cultural concerns they should be worried about or anything else?

I have been sick with diahrea for a week and a half and have no energy. My stomach is growling but I have no appetite at all but I know I need to eat something. I had white rice yesterday and a waffle today. It's really hot outside so I don't want soup or anything like that. I have been focusing on keeping myself hydrated but I can feel myself getting really weak so I need to eat even though nothing appeals to me.

I'm going to the doctor tommorrow to get checked out. I love food an am usually a pig so not wanting anything is really not like me.

Help anyone?

Hello! I moved into my current house 3 years ago. My next door neighbor already had a fence up on one end. Now a new family moved in behind my house few months back. And he put up a fence around his house and that took care of the back. Should I offer to split the cost of the fence that adjoins the backyards? If so, am I obligated to pay something to my next door neighbor as well? eventhough the fence was there before I moved in? I may eventually put up a fence on my own... What's the unspoken good neighbor policy? Thanks!

I have a boil that keeps returning on my inner thigh. It does not look like it needs medical care but I am troubled that it has returned for the third time. It has drained each time and just keeps on coming back. I don't have Diabetes or High Blood Pressure so I don't know why it just won't heal. I am not on any kind of meds.Should I worry about staph infections. I have a cousin that just died from staph infection and I am getting a little worried.

Someone i know likes to drink hot coffee in the hot summer days (temperatues like 40 deg celcuis).....He tells me he does it to keep his body temperature up to equal surroundings because it makes him feel more relaxed and good....I personally think it is a conditioned response due to his drinking coffee so much that he enjoys the feeling and response (like a comfort blanket) but he insists it is scientific....I figure everyone would perfer a cold drink to bring there temperature down because it makes them feel good
