creation of the state of israel in 1948?

So many jews left Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon and fled to Israel. If these jews remained where they were, there wouldn't be enough jews in israel to sustain the state of israel. It was wipespread anti-semitism that drove them to abandon everything and run to a place where they felt it would be safe from onslaught.

So I may be moving out to LA in August, but I have some reservations. I come from a city in the deep south and, needless to say, race relations here aren't the best. I am trying to get away from all of this and thought LA would be a nice change. However, I've heard that it's a really segregated city and that race relations aren't much better. Apparently all the white people live on the westside, all the black people in south central, and all the hispanic people live on the eastside. Is this true? Are there any communities in the area that are nice as well as integrated? I want to live in a diverse, fun place....I'm really sick of all the nastiness that comes from people hating each other bc of race.

I have taken some notes to see what is really 9/11, and came with some startling facts. The planes were only there to weakened the building for demolition because demolition was sceduled that day and started 1 hour before the crashes. Building 7 fell with no minor aircraft damage. Also the planes that hit the WTC had bombs on it. Don't believe me? look at these fact videos

I want to get my first tattoo. The tattoo I want is a barb-wire band around my bicept with the letters NYC in between it. But the question is, how bad does it hurt. Is it excrusiatingly painful? If you have recieved a tattoo in this area please give me some advice.

I just burned a DVD movie on a Sony DVD-R (I don't need to hear it that it's illegal and etc...). So I burned the movie and wanted to play it on my dvd player, and a third of the way through it, it starts to skip as if the DVD was scratched (but it wasn't). Do you think that I should lower my burn speed? my DVD burn speed is at 16x right now. Should I lower it to 4x or 8x maybe? also, it is safe to make labels for my DVD movies and be able to play them, or will it have an effect on it? thanks,
