My 8 week old won't quite crying?! I have done all the diaper, feeding, comforting passy, ect. he has been very pukey yesterday and today. I called the dr. and they were no help. i was wondering if this my be a sign of teething or if he has a reflux problem? any advice would be great

This is not a question. I'm just tired of reading things where my fellow christians tell other people how stupid they are. That's not the way to witness! Can you imagine Jesus saying that someone was a complete idiot? i didn't think so. preach, don't criticize! that way people are more likely to listen.

I was thinking about ordering some Louis Hayes CDs from Amazon.com. They deal with different topics like self-esteem, forgiveness. I was going to put the info from the CDs on my MP3 player and also listen to the Cds in the car.

Has anyone every tried her CDs and were they helpful? Let me know which ones you have liked or not also.

I am in a misty forest. Guided by this guide whos unsure and scared himself, we encounter alligators, bears, and a gorilla trying to kill us. But wait, ok it gets weird. This gorilla with her little baby come to kill us. As the mom is about to strangle me, she drops her baby. I pick it up. Suddenly it turns into a blue eyed baby. Its little legs around my waist makes me so blissful and secure. (I am by the way, no where near being a mother). Suddenly, I find myself in a school in greece. (long story, i visit there once and fell in love with it). I walk around and show my adopted son the classrooms. I remeber constantly caressing his cheeck with my nose. Then one day I get in a fight with someone. I chase him around and accidently scratch my baby. i decide to go get him a bandaid. Clutching him in my arms i run but as i step into the hall i slip and drop him. blood spurring everywhere, he turns into a bunch of worms. i try to peice him back together....wut does this does this dream mean

The facility wants to take 50% percent of my monthly intake. After one year, they want me to close my LLC and work under there company name. They said I would get 60% of the monthly income from this and they would take care of everything else including insurance. All I would need to do is sign a no compete clause. My only problem is that if I rent their facility and bring in my clients and then dissolve my LLC. They have my clients and I have no guarantee they will not fire me and if they do fire me then I will not be able to run my own similar company because of the no compete clause. Is there anything I can bring to the table to counter offer? The problem is that they have a state of the art facility second to none and I will never be able to afford to open a facility like this and their facility would benefit my clients but I'm confused and nervous because I've worked so hard for 19 years and now I'm supposed to turn everything over? Please let me know your thoughts.
